    Lingo was having a dispute with another company so they cut my phone service off for a week so I called lingo to find out what was going on the lady I spoke to act as if she didnt know what I was talking about so she transferred me I told the lady that my services was cut off she told me they was having A dispute with another company I asked her could she cut my phone services off and that I would go to *** cable so then I hung the phone up call *** cable to get my services cut on I received a **** from ***** stating that I owe them $****** I havent had services with them since the end of May when they cut my services off on the **** it says 6/27/22-7/26/22 so I called lingo back July 7 I talked to someone name Farie I told him about the dispute that they had with another company and then I close my account with them and went to *** cable he said he didnt see anything in their notes that I called to cancel my services I told him that I did so we went back and forth I ask Him could I speak to someone else he told me I could not talk to anyone else so I hung the phone up then I called back Someone else answered the phone I explained the same situation to them this man told me that I had to pay $100 to disconnect my services plus the $ ****** that was on my **** I reply so you cut my services off because of dispute that you had with someone else you charging me $100 for me to cut my services off also ****** for the **** thats $241.40 for services that I have not used he gave me a confirmation number told me when I get the next **** call and dispute it I said the **** is due July 18 he replied when you get your next **** disputed I asked him what was his name he told me *****. The company does not care about their customers I would like a zero Balance on my account for the services I did not use. I have been with lingo for several years have never ran across this problem customers should not be held responsible for disputes they have with other companies.

    I have requested *********************************** from inLingo to stop using my mailing address as a branch location of the business in ********. This statement is false and inaccurate.
