They are consistently lying to me about my case and what they are going to do. I honestly dont believe anyone should have to go through this. Especially if theyre going through something.

            My case started back on 2/03/2020...

            I hired brown Barnwell trial attorney maybe a mouth after, due to difficulty with another law firm. Ok! speaking with *******************, he told me he could get my case settled in a timely matter but as time passes on my case didn't settled  so I ask to settle my case ******************* assist that we go to trial. I ask multiple times for a break down in medical bills because I was curious. I never received them and I feel that my case is being prolonged for his own selfish good i reach out to him before contacting BBB and still know response from the law firm. I need help please

            Barnwell was hired to do a injury case on Easter of 2021. It has been a year and Barnwell told me Christmas of 2021 thats he would settle the case and I would receive my daughter settlement. He doesnt answer his phone. He told me he would settle the case 2 weeks ago on 4/29/22. I should receive her funds the following week. Still havent returned my phone call. I went to the address thats on file they told me he moved 3 months ago and he doesnt have a forward on file. He doesnt deserve to be a lawyer and I wish the father of my daughter wouldve never hired him. The father of my daughter is deceased. He passed away this year and he has been giving me the running around about his settlement also.
