    On Monday evening, February 13, 2023, I called Bridge Medical Transport, a company that I found online, and spoke with ****** about reliable transportation for my husband's dialysis appointments. After listening to ****** give her spill on their reliable transportation company, I decided to hire them to transport my husband to his 11:30am dialysis appointments on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, with the first pickup on Tuesday, February 14, 2023 at 10:45am. Transportation did show up on Tuesday morning for pickup to dialysis; everything was fine. Thursday morning was anything but fine. Around 9:30am, I received a call from ****** that transportation would not be able to pick my husband up for his dialysis appointment until 11:30am, which is his chair time; unacceptable!! Around 10:30am, I received a second call from someone named ********. He told me that they would not be able to provide transportation for my husband for his dialysis appointment, a service that I had already paid for. I told him that this was unacceptable, but he repeated that they would not be able to take him to his appointment. I asked if ****** was available, and he said no. I told him that this was unacceptable and that I was canceling them as my husband's transportation provider, and that I wanted my money refunded to me for transportation service that was paid for, but was not provided by them, which would have been the second day of us using Bridge Medical Transport. After speaking with ********, I realized this is not a reliable transportation company for people who have life-saving appointments like dialysis. As of to date, I have not heard anything from this company about my refund, money that they had no problem pulling off of my credit card. I definitely would not patronize this company again, and I would definitely not recommend them to any of my family, friends or co-workers.

    A refund for transport was refunded back to **************** card. Refunds usually take 5-7 business days to reflect on a customers statement so it is possible that the refund was not on the customers statement by the time she decided to file a complaint.
