This is easily the worst doctor I have ever seen. I have been going to this office for 6 years with no issue. That is until the new owners took over and *************** took over my case. I have full body CRPS. Which is one of the most painful diseases currently known. ***************** was fantastic when I saw him for many years. *************** however has seen me 4 times and spent a total of maybe 5-6 minutes with me. She never remembers details of the case. You have to remind her about everything. And even then she doesnt listen. I made it known on my last visit that I did not want to see her again and only wanted to see *********************. Fast forward to today, July 17 2023. They FORCED me to see her. She was hostile from the minute she walked in. She said since I was being difficult she was dismissing me from her **** practice. I have a month to find a new doctor. When I questioned her about her lack of patient care, she rudely said have a nice day and stormed out of the room. When I asked if she was seriously not going to talk to me she responded I dont need you telling me how I treat patients. This is what you can look forward to if you see this doctor. Ive talked to MANY other patients who used to see the old doctors and staff and they are ALL unhappy with the treatment they are getting. If you check the reviews on ALL of the doctor rating sites, the ratings went from 5 stars to 1 star. All of the reviews echo the same thing, that she is rude, arrogant, incompetent, hostile, spiteful, and downright negligent. The sad thing is, the walls of this place are paper thin. Ive heard the way she talks to patients in other rooms. Suffice it to say, if you happen to be the same skin color as her, she is a COMPLETELY different person. To me that only screams one thing. And apparently she used to be a commander in the Navy. To me thats laughable. I recorded the entire visit and caught her lack of empathy and her hostile attitude. It will be going across the internet.
