    The Emerald Cove Apartments by Arium is refusing to return my son's security deposit after moving out 2 months ago. We have called and sent emails, only with them saying it will take ***** days to receive the check. Then they said the check was mailed out but they were unable to tell if the check had been cashed. Everyone knows you can check with your bank and place a stop payment on a check and send out another one!! My son, ***** *., paid his rent on time, dealt with maintenance issues which weren't handled and then was asked to vacate because of renovations being made to the apartment buildings. All he wants is the money that is rightfully owed him!! This is extremely unprofessional!! This year has been a true disappointment with businesses taking advantage of a 26 yr old who has more integrity than any of them of have shown. Arium needs to address this problem and now!! I hope you can help us resolve this problem, before we have to pay out money for an attorney. ******** *.

    They refused to give me my security deposit back after 2 months of moving out and after a month of calling , they issued a check but it bounced and no one calls me back or emails me back. A bunch of thieves!!!!!!!

    I have been trying to move into an apartment where I signed a Lease. Its took almost two weeks to get my lease signed. But, Im waiting to pay my security deposit.

    Where do I begin the experience since loved in has been horrific moved in to infested unit dirty, the level of incompetence front office including the property manager does nothing to handle residence needs have been ignored moved in day from roached, dirty doors with holes screen with bandaids to cover holes, fridge full of roached broken fridge leaking dishwasher garbage disposal doesnt work drains gets back up all as new move in it has been all reported all in the move sheet the leasing office states i have to place work orders even though i have 12 months lease no one has done anything pay rent on time is ridicules being ignored so many issues new move in resident. Is lazy ridicules the staff needs to be audited maintnece drives gold cart smoking cigarettes does nothing door not secure porch safety hazard. Completely ignored.

    APRIL 13, 2024 ARIUM AT PEACHTREE CREEK REVIEW I GIVE ARIUM AT PEACHTREE CREEK ONE STAR!!!! THEY ARE LAZY, THIS COMMUNITY IS RAN LIKE THE WILD WEST. My packages went missing but the leasing office had them the entire time, the dumpster overflows with trash to the mailboxes. It looks disgusting and tacky!! It's so unsanitary. There are always 5-7 rats by the dumpster at night (yes I've counted while pulling in twice). One of the rats were I believe pregnant because she was super fat, big and long. The gates NEVER work and getting a new key fob has been a hassle! Maintenance is OKAY but you definitely have to form a great rapport with them because front office will allow absolutely EVERYTHING to get swept under the rug. Management was ************************ when I first moved here and they were AWFUL! Then Arium - A Carroll Company came in and Management was amazing!!! 5 stars! It's been over a year since they've changed it to a third **************** which is now Carroll **************** and IT IS HORRIBLE!!! I don't know if the ************************** group has changed owners but these apartments have gone to sh!**. I'm renting a home in ****** or Lilburn next because I can't do this anymore.

    The leasing staff is horrible . *************************** is the worst leasing agent possible . Provides incorrect information. This appears to be a trend with ***** as multiple other reviews state the same thing across different platforms. ******** manager and asst ******** manager refuse to give me a callback , no one replies to emails nor answer the phone . When you call the corporate line you get the same exact treatment! The *** group now owns ARIUM. I lost money getting a last minute storage and then i had scheduled movers that could not provide a refund as ***** called two days before my move in stating i need more money down as he made a mistake . Not only did ***** make this mistake. I went into the actual office and spoke to another leasing agent who again provided me the same moving that ***** provided me with and now all of a sudden two days before Im scheduled to move in their state that I owe more money call back. Theyre trying to tell me my new moving date is on the fourth when I told him its supposed to be a third. They mentioned to me that the unit is not ready due to electrical units I said when was someone going to call me? He said well ***** shouldve called you up to this day. I have not received a call from anyone at ****** Falls in corporate or in the leasing office not a ******** manager not assistant ******** manager no kind of assistance .

    I was told that I was approved a day or two after applying, two weeks later they told me that I was not approved. I asked to see the apartment Im moving to because of ****** reviews and they kept saying that it will take a few more todays to have it ready. This apartment is only $126 more than the one I currently live in, but they turned me down after I gave them bank statements showing that I had 50K savings. I informed them before I applied that 75% of my incomes goes to my 401K just to make sure that Im not paying a very high application fee for nothing. I was approved for a different place within 30min, and the rent is $1550 compared to their rent of $1307. A young sounding lady talked to me in a disrespectful tone when I told her that they have been putting off for two weeks. She kept repeating what she said, making me sound stupid, but they had told me previously that a manager would get back with me by the end of the day and it never happened. I dont think that the 2 br apt (716) was available or maybe they knew it wouldnt look like the model units they have. I wasted time and money. The only other thing they couldve tuned me down for is my *** pets. I will make a separate complaint on that one. I want them to send me all my money back, because I know I qualify for the apartment based on credit and income without my savings.

    I have been living at ARIUM ******************* for a little over a year and have had a terrible time with the maintenance and property management staff to be specific ****** and ******. I have had several cleanliness and plumbing is***s since the moment I moved in and they gave me an apartment that hadnt been occupied for maybe a couple or a few years. I have also had to pay more for water than I have ever paid in my life . They have been giving me the run around and *** from residents services has been saying she will go to war for me but has blocked my emails I believe. I have got to get some help I am a young black single woman and I feel like an injustice is brewing with this complex and I hope they can do right by me when they give me the options for the cracked pipe under my apartment.

    They will send a bill to collections without contacting you by any other form, and also you don't even have to be on the lease you could be a past resident. Make sure you delete your account with them or they'll bill you for a random month you didn't even reside there.

    Absolutely terrible company, I applied with Arium they did not ever back to me until I had to reach out myself. **** in the office promised to get back to me and I assume since she couldnt get me approved and make a commission she decided to blow me off. I had another person that was supposed to complete the app as well and **** and the office staff were completely rude to me and refused to help or get back to me. I would suggest never doing business with these unprofessional amateurs.
