Grade A roofing company! Their process was very transparent when submitting proposals to my insurance company. The project manager communicated every step of the way. The installation and cleanup was beyond my expectations. I will definitely recommend this roofing company to all my friends and family.

GIP installed my new roof and I couldnt be happier! Not only did they complete the installation and cleanup flawlessly in one day; my project manager **** was excellent and was always there to answer any questions I had. GIP Restoration did a fantastic job putting a new roof on my home. ****** ****** was extremely easy to work with and always reachable if I had any questions. He was also extremely helpful in dealing with any questions or issues with my insurance company. I would definitely recommend them for any roofing repairs or replacements.Review from Robert C

****** the Hurricane put a large Hickory Tree thru our roof causing structural and water damage. I met with ****** on a Sunday afternoon and GIP started the repairs on Tuesday with a large crew, who worked inside and out. They efficiently completed the work in less than 2 weeks and we were able to move back in. We can't say enough about the job they did repairing everything in a high standard of workmanship and professionalism. They were like a championship athletic team who worked well together, very efficently and well trained. Their Claims Specialist worked with our insurance company to ensure the job was to their standards and that we were reimbursed to the fullest. The communication during the entire job was very good informing us of everything necessary. Excellent and punctual customer service from GIP ********************! They guided me throughout the whole process! The communication was great and any questions or concerns regarding my Insurance they had the best customer service *** and supervisor to walk me through the process also being very patient with me! I was very nervous due to this was the first major problem with my house. But ****** and **** made me feel better with choosing GIP roofing!! **** was great with the whole process. She made the process quick and easy which she also worked with my insurance company all the way through so I can just focus on work. ****** and his team did an excellent job replacing our roof. They were very professional, on time and efficient in following up with our insurance and therefore made the whole process painless.Speed and efficiency are definitely important factors when dealing with roofing companies.They made sure that everything was cleaned up after the job was done.I highly recommend them and our roof looks great!
