We just had our roof replaced 08/29/2024. So far, we are satisfied with the quality and the time it took to for the roof replacement. It was a one-day job. We are pleased with the work and customer service.

Not happy with them at the moment. **************** is severely lacking. We had to get them back out after multiple calls due to their not installing all of the vents they charged for. Finally had to send them pictures of the roof verifying they failed to add two additional vents.Now two years later we have noticed a leak around one of the pipes. Not sure how long the leak has been ongoing as it was very slow. Regardless we are having to replace damage in the main floor ceiling where water has dripped down the pipe. Probably a simple fix on the boot covering the pipe, but they are extremely difficult to respond. They don't do repairs except Fridays and Saturdays due to installs during the week (understandable). They were supposed to contact me about setting a time on a Friday or Saturday, but contact was not made. Got the same runaround the next time I called. Will not recommend them.Review from Susan K.

I had a roof put on 11/30/21 and it was a leak over a bay window in my dining room ceiling, they sent someone out on 12/22 and they put some type of black sealant over the window outside and not the leak is going down the walls and destroying the molding and I am getting the run around. I had my insurance company come out and accessed it and it was determined that some of the roofing was not done right also there is leaking g upstairs the roofing company is trying to say that it's the air-conditioned leaking they are denying everything.ImproveIt! of Atlanta, LLC Response

ImproveIT of Atlanta has gone out to inspect the roof (an alleged leak by the homeowner in an upstairs bedroom). Upon inspection it was found that the leak was due to a condensation AC line in the attic. *(Pictures were provided to the homeowner). The homeowner is now stating there is another leak from her bay window - this could not be possible due to the flashing along the windows. ImproveIT has offered to go back out to inspect, the homeowner has refused and stated her schedule wouldn't allow for the time proposed. Additionally, you said the insurance company came out - you never sent the pictures or contact information from this person, although, we have requested this information. Lastly, I am not sure what else this homeowner expects, we've done our due-diligence to address her concerns - if she's not open to the inspection, there is nothing else we can do.Review from Marilyn C

Have sent correspondence to them -- roof job on the house was a 4 but the porch was and is a 1. They -- contractor ***** ******** has not corresponded and the phone number with no response either. I have maintained records of mail sent to them as well as dates of trying to contact at the nujmber listed herein. I also have pictures of where the drip edge they installed and the roofing does not go over the drip edge -- the roofing is about 1/8" from drip edge and has caused 3 boards to rot.... They need to get out here and survey their "quality" workmanship.I'm taking all pictures to my ins. agent to see what can be done. The installation of the roof was 3/24/2016, and the labor is no longer valid, although as a courtesy we have agreed to have someone to take a look at her concerns. The homeowner states she has sent letters, however, the letters sent were to a previous address. The homeowner also called an employee that no longer worked with ImproveIT in 2020, that is possibly why no response was rec'd by her. Additionally, the main office number has never changed and we were NEVER contacted and no letters were EVER rec'd.As of 4/21/22 this is the first time by way of BBB we've heard anything about this matter. Additionally, all information listed with the BBB is current (address, email, telephone number). All work performed was per insurance scope and manufacturers code. *The homeowner has a 25 Year Shingle with a 3 year labor warranty (ImproveIT) and a 25 year manufacturers warranty on the shingles. Follow-Up: As a courtesy ImproveIT of Atlanta inspected the roof on 4/21/22 and found no problems pertaining to the installation or workmanship. All work was done in accordance to manufacturer's code and per her insurance estimate.
