  I ordered a rental car through Priceline. Budget did not have the car available that Priceline sold me. Budget canceled the rental car. I also purchased collision damage coverage when checking out with Priceline budget did not charge me for the car however Priceline who sold me the car that was not available continue to charge me for the $52 collision damage coverage. I am now asking for a refund and they are saying since it has been 72 hours they cannot give me a refund I booked the rental through Priceline, they failed to communicate with budget and had no clue no cars were available. They also failed to communicate that the rental was canceled in a timely manner to refund me for the collision coverage that I never got to use for a car. They are refusing to refund me my money saying its been over 72 hours since the charge, Priceline never communicated to me that there wasnt a car available that budget canceled my rental and apparently budget never communicated to them either. How is this my fault that they get to charge me for a service I never received and they failed to communicate.

  I hired ************************* (***) for a sewage/drainage issue from a personal recommendation. I paid a total of $1,550 for various plumbing services provided. He also filed a claim (#*********) for the damage and began the Mitigation process. The insurance company gave an assessment of the damage for Restoration for $6,496.62. $3,996.62 was disbursed less my $2,500 deductible that would be due. Mitigation would be paid directly from the insurance company, but Restoration would be paid from my deductible + funds disbursed from the insurance company. I signed his proposal to begin Restoration 6/12/2022 and paid the $2,500 deductible 6/24. He requested 65% of the funds disbursed by the insurance company, saying that more money was needed because more work would need to be done. My neighbors became concerned by how long the process was taking and expressed grave concerns. Since work had still not been started by the end of June, I quickly submitted a stop payment for the additional funds. The bank called when he was at the bank because they suspected fraud, when I confirmed the stop payment, he didnt call to follow up or question the decision. He instead removed the few materials from the property and lied about needing to switch the materials out for a different size. Since I had to hire another contractor to begin and complete the full Restoration, I would like to request a full refund for the $2,500 deductible payment.

  Every thing stated by ******************************** is in error. We were referrred to her by her stepfather who was long time satisfied customer of the  company .. initially we were hired to cure a sewer blockage issue that had overflowed the entire residence saturating all floors with f**** And Urine combined. *************** was so money hungry she allowed this Air BNB to be occupied in these conditions, we informed her the residence needed to be properly mitigated and desanitized by professional IICRC standards, and the occupants needed to be removed immediately..Miss secretly told us not to alarm the occupants but it was against code to conceal a health risk so we urged the occupants to request other accomodations, they did and moved to a hotel. We began demolition of affected floors and walls  and  decontaminating the residence with Air Scrubbers that ran for 9 days , as the should have before any dry out or airmover could be activated. Which miss ******* nosy neighbor had no clue as to the process by law was being performed. Immediatly After the atmosphere was cleared of airborn microbial bacteria we proceeded with the actual dry out that ran 19 airmovers for a total of 8 days until our moisture meters registered 9-16% which is the dry standard by law. ***************** wanted us to cpmplete the restoration as well, and signed a contract for this as well. We requested 65% of total funds              [ $6900] which we never recieved .. we were given $2500 to purchase material for the restoration and we purchase all flooring, walls, molding, paint, ect ect.. we put it all in the residence to be installed the balance of the 65% was stopped by ***************** for no reason as we discovered upon trying to cash her check.. we were doing our job and everything was on schedule nothing late, ***************** obvioulsly got someone to offer her less than what the insurance allotted so she could pocket whatever..we were locked out abruptly
  Without cause.. there is no refund available because she got her materials she paid for at the expense of us spending several days accumlating
   It all for the project. The lies and deception she has depicted and performed are ridiculous , attempting to get back money and also keep all materials which she locked up herself we are 100% innocent of any wrong doing..
