            D&J Appliances was sent to my home by my home warranty company on 7/10/2023 to repair my dryer which was not heating. ***** arrived late to replace heating element. After replacing the dryer was heating extremely hot on all cycles and none of the cycle lights would work, less than 30 days the dryer tripped my home's circuit. 8/11/2023 Contacted D&J with issue ***** indicated some wires must be touching. 8/15/23 ***** came to diagnose the issue and recommeded a new therostat and circuit board for the overheating and none working lights were needed. Sent request to warranty company.8/23 ***** returned repaired the wires but not the other parts, inidcated someone else would repair that. 9/6 **** arrived from D&J replaced **********, couldn't replace circuit board because she did not have the right tool. Before she could get to the car the dryer gave a new error F25, she indicated that was a different thermostat and would need to order the part.9/12 **** returned and replaced the circuit board and thermostat. The same F25 error occurred before she left and the lights were still not working.9/13 - ***** reported to the warranty company that my appliance must have been struck by lighting and the enteral boards need to be replaced. As a result, this is not covered by the warranty company and I am stuck with a dryer in worse shape than the original call.
