This happened in September of 2023. This company sold me what they described as a used run flat tire for $85.00. The tire had a hole in it but he said it was patched. The tire blew out on my 5 mile drive home. Turns out I was lied to and it wasnt a run flat tire, and it was never patched to begin with but had a gash on the side of the tire. This business owner refuses to refund my money, even though I was lied to and sold an inferior product that didnt even make it home.

I dropped off my car at this mechanic's shop to resolve a clicking sound in the steering wheel. I came back when he said it was fixed and discovered that there was a new clicking sound in the steering, when I turned the wheels 45 degrees out, and also the traction control light was on, which he said was normal and would go away on its own. I told him to fix the new clicking noises. I came back a third time and there was a new and different clicking, rubbing sound, which he said was caused by the steering wheel sensor, and added $200 to the **** to fix that. Also the check engine light was now on, which he also said was "nothing" and normal. I didn't really have a choice but to take the car and leave before more damage was done. He also charged me $80 in sales tax, based on the total cost of the repairs, and I yelled at him about scamming me with sales tax that shouldn't exist and he gave me $40 in cash so that I would leave the store. When I left the shop, the steering wheel was misaligned and the traction control light and check engine light were on. I since called my insurance company for help, and they said his shop should be covered by insurance, and that they (********************* at State Farm) would call the shop. The shop owner refused to give out the name or say if he had insurance. I paid $90 at ******** to fix the alignment and I am now getting my car lights diagnosed at another shop and it's going to be several hundred dollars just to have the new problems diagnosed. I would like $240 back from him and his assistance filing an insurance claim against his policy to repair my car for the damage he caused.
