  We have been requesting updated policies since 11/21, we keep getting the run around from *************************** and *****************************. They have been of no assistance with providing correct updated policies, and ***************************** was extremely unprofessional and hung-up in my face multiple times. He exudes childes behavior and should not be managing anyone's policy yet alone other agents. The lack of updates or providing the requested is not causing the borrower's funding to be delayed. We have let the customer/ client know this as well. ******* never answers her phone or voicemails, and ***************************** has now stopped answering the calls from our company regarding this matter.

  hen my husband and I purchased our home on 05/13/17 we noticed an issue with water on the floor by the back door in the kitchen. We notified Rocklyn Homes and a representative came out and called himself to resolve the issue. He even replaced the flooring by the back door because it bubbled up because of the water damage. Fast forward to today, I noticed that my walls to the back of my house are cracking and when it rains the leaks are coming between the walls. I contacted my HOA and explained to them that this issue is causing mold, cracked walls and stains. I provided pictures and was told to contact the builder.I contacted ******* Homes and ********* informed me that I will need to speak to my 2/10 warranty people. I emailed my ***************** I explained to them that I have an issue and I think it is coming from the roof and water is going in between the walls. The warranty people told me there was nothing they could do. My 2/10 warranty covers structure issues. This is a structure problem. I asked the rep *** can you tell me my claim is denied and no one ever came out to look at the damage? I currently have another issue that I am dealing with regarding a cracked shower pan that leaked to my garage and I am filing a homeowners claim for that. The contractor that is fixing my shower came out and decided to look at the issue for me. The contractor stated that the issue is coming from my roof and the rain is going between the walls. He stated that there is no vinyl to prevent the water from hitting the wood. When it rains the water is going between the roof and the gutters and down my walls. It is hitting the back of the house and it has caused damage to my door and now I have rotten wood and mold damage inside the door and outside on the back door. The contractor further explained to me that the whole door and the frame will need to be replaced. Upon looking in my washer and dryer room, I have a brown water stain that is in my washer and dryer room.
