    On ******** *, 2023, approximately 10:30 am I, ******* *****, went to Happy China to get something to eat. I ordered an Angle Hair Noodles. I’d never ever had them before so naturally I had questions. Upon placing my order I made a couple of changes. The waitress was fabulous helping me. The cook from the back came out yelling at me saying I made too many changes but what really got me was he said “Can you go to another place?” After that he went to the cash register and took out the money I’d paid for and told me “To go somewhere else.” I said no I’m coming from ******** and I’m too weak to go somewhere else! The young man’s name is Phil. * ********** ****** *** *** **** *** *** ****** ******** and each of my bosses demanded we practiced good customer service because it helps describe your business, atmosphere, and if you’d recommend their business to others…the customer is always right! At 65 years old I’ve never been disrespected in a restaurant like that before! The young man Phil was completely outrageous! This needs to be addressed immediately because if this is the way you treat others you should not be allowed to work in an establishment where Customer Service is mandatory! I didn’t argue with him because as I stated above I had just come from ******** and I was too weak, tired, and nauseous to even attempt to go anywhere else. * **** ** **** **** * ******* **** ******** ** **** ********** *** ****. They have all of these awards in and out of the establishment but I wonder how with that type of attitude and customer service. Thank you so much. Respectfully, ******* *****.

    Hi! This is the management for the Happy China 2 establishment. We do apologize for the behavior that you did receive! Now it has come to our attention that in multiple occasions of you coming into our establishment that we have had problems with completing your order! With to many substitutes and to many special request that our small store are not able to accommodate. We have asked you in multiple occasions to please lower the amount of special request! This time in question we had already completed the food you had ordered and handed it to you  without looking at it you asked us to remake it into something different! Please understand that we are a small family owned business and can only do so much in our small kitchen!
