Excellent experience! The manager, Tae, was prompt, courteous and kept me informed of all aspects of the work to be performed. The work crew arrived on time and went right to work. When the work was completed, the crew thoroughly cleaned up and removed all debris from the work site. I highly recommend this company without reservation.Review from Jimmy M

Very professional. Tae stayed in contact with us from the first phone call all the way through the end. He is very knowledgeable and goes out of his way to help with any situation. The crew that came were excellent, did a great job, and finished in one day! The clean up was also excellent. Tae came by during the installation to make sure everything was going smoothly and after the job was done to make sure we were satisfied. Roof looks great and I would highly recommend CSRA to anyone looking to get their roof done. Also their prices were very good too.Review from Kathy W.

I've recieved several estimates and never felt comfortable with my situation until I now, when I spoke with Tae and CSRA Roofing! They actually listened to my concerns and cared to help me make it possible so I could get a beautiful brand new roof that's high quality for a fair price. Tae is personably and professional. They are very nice and polite. They made filing an insurance claim easy and fast. They dropped off the building materials the night before and put up the roof in less than one day. I had options as to which roofing tiles, I wanted. They explained every option and emailed the product materials to me. I wish all businesses were as professional, approachable, efficient, and kind as CSRA Roofing.Review from Akram S

CSRA Roofing (Tae) has excellent customer service. They made the process very easy. They worked with the insurance company/adjustor to make the claim process seamless. Throughout the repair I was provided updates as well as pictures, which put me at ease and comfortable about the whole repair. I'm military and currently not in the state, it's difficult to hire a contractor sight unseen, but I would recommend CSRA Roofing in a minute.Review from Carlton S

CRSA Roofing are true professionals. Being military, I leave in another state with a home in another state that was damage due to a storm. They worked with my day in and day out to get everything fixed and situated though I was not there. If you get a chance to work with Tae, you'll know what I mean. Great guy. In the end, everything turned out better than I'd had expected. My home perhaps has the best looking roof in all the neighborhood. Thanks again!
