            I financed an AC/ Heating unit from Coopers Plumbing and Air. On **** ***2023 Jack S**** came to my house and gave me a quote of $2800 for my well and plumbing hook up for my mobile home. While he was at my home he asked if he could hunt on my land and he would discount my service fee as well as pay my property tax if I allowed him to do so. I declined the offer. ****** *, 2023 when they was supposed to hook up my well, plumbing and ac unit John stated the cost would be $6000. I stated I was quoted $2800 so why would the cost double he stated he didn’t know. I stated I would only get the ac / heating unit . ****** *,2023 Ryan G***** and Bobby came and installed only the unit. ********* ***2023 my city inspector came out and stated the unit was not hooked up correctly and failed my inspection until it was corrected. Danny had to come out and correct it. ******* * when I moved into mobile home I had to call Danny again because the unit would not come on. ******* *,2023 Casey C****** came out and hooked up a wire that wasn’t connected. ******* *** 2023 Casey had to come back out because ac still wasn’t cooling the mobile home. ******* **,2023 Casey had to come out and replace transformer on the unit east cooling. Between ******* ** and ******** *,2023 my heat wasn’t working African American fella came out to tighten wires and tried to sell me duct work repair******** *,2023 Daniel T******** came out and put larger heating strips. ******** **2023 I called and text Daren and let him no unit never shuts off as well as never reaches the setting in thermostat no response********* **,2023 I paid an outside company to look at unit they stated that the thermostat is not working properly and this company bad for bad units and thermostat(he was a former employee of Coopers)* ******** **,2023 I called Danny and let him know I needed a new thermostat and it’s under warranty. Danny stated he would speak with Daren and call me back no call back. Unit is causing light bill to be $902
