    I purchase my gmc Yukon truck brand new regardless of how many miles and it’s considered old now I’ve had this vehicle for years due to its being my only transportation to take my disabled brother to and from his appointments I went to Nally GMC for service I paid almost 5,000.00 for struts and shocks for my vehicle, when I picked up my vehicle I notice it was not driving well. I went back to Nally and ask if they can refund my money or fix my vehicle they called the police on me for asking which affected me mentally and I did not cause a scene which was the sad part. I called the corporate office in Detroit they attempt to reach out to Nally but wasn’t successful at it. However I complied and take my vehicle to another dealership in ********* Georgia ******* Chevrolet they take pictures and was shocked and stated the work was never done at Nally per Ashley they service person who previously worked at Nally and went to work for ******* Chevrolet , who then later went back to work for Nally I went to court alone without an attorney bad move on my part the judge ruled in Nally favor because I was claiming to ask for my money back due to breaking down with ny family and pet in the vehicle the judge ruled because he stated overall the vehicle was repaired. Here I am in 4/2024 and I went to another dealership located in Jacksonville Florida the service manager take videos and stated the work was never done. I want my funds back this is ridiculous for humans to be so cruel and take money from a disable person/ persons on disability who went to their facilities to have work render which it was not. I will never refer nor do business with these companies and will like a formal complaint made immediately, along with justice in having my money return to myself immediately since no work was never performed.

    I bought my 16 year daughter a used certified 2016 Honda Civic from Nalley Honda. This car is a lemon. There is sensor that was part of a recall when the car was first on the market. My daughter's car does not show on a recall list. This sensor goes out on her car every few months and leaves her stranded. The error message is emergency brake failure and causes car to shut down.You have to jump the battery to reset. I have the sensor name and number from a recall I found on the internet. We have purchased numerous car batteries and the air conditioning has gone out for a third time ***.LEMON. We also bought and extra warranty from Nalley Honda which no one seems to have heard of, even Honda. I have taken car to Nalley Honda for this problem twice . The problem was never ********** time I was given batteries for the key fob and did I mention they kept the car for several days. I have taken car to *********************** Honda in ******** for same problem and they kept for days and did not recognize warranty. We would just like it fixed but as usual we will have to shell out money to fix this problem ourselves. I would not buy a warranty from Honda and I would not buy a used car from Honda unless a separate mechanic checks it out.

We have looked into the extended warranty and have found that it expired on 1/1/2023.
