I recently had a very disappointing experience with GA Auto Dealers LLC. After viewing a car and discussing details with the sales team, I noticed that they increased the price without any prior warning. When I was about to finalize the purchase, I discovered that they had jacked up the price. They refused to honor the original posted price, claiming it had been on special, even though there were no markings or posts indicating it was a discounted price. This is a clear case of false advertising and classic bait-and-switch tactics. Very disappointed with their unprofessional behavior.

Prices on some of the vehicles are too good to be true. They repaint to hide rust and and dents. They don't disclose issues. Lots of issues are not shown in the pictures. I even paid for an auto check report from Experian and the two vehicles I looked at had fresh and spray paint. Under them and bondo. Please look elsewhere.

I purchased a car from Georgia Auto Dealer and all I can say is that they have unbeatable prices in the area. Did my research before purchasing and an additional inspection for the vehicle, everything went smooth and continued to purchase. They have a great customer service, and will recommend buying from here. Enjoying my new vehicle!

I purchased a 2013 Dodge Durango on August 8, 2023 by September 8, 2023 literally 30 days later my engine started making a loud knocking noise. Call and tell them the issue they cant look at my car for 2 til 3 weeks and I would have to pay for the parts and labor when to another shop; They say I need a new engine the crankshaft went out. Needing a new engine before I can even go get the tag is bad for business

My sister purchased a 2012 *** from "GEORGIA AUTO DEALERS LLC " .... ****?? on July 28, 2023. Shortly thereafter, her vehicle started smoking BADLY. She took it in to TWO Dealerships on Aug. 17, 2023. Only to be strongly advised that the vehicle had MAJOR ENGINE PROBLEMS. She contacted "GEORGIA AUTO DEALERS " IMMEDIATELY & sent the paperwork from the diagnosis. She was advised from a MANAGER that they would review the paperwork & get back in touch with my Sister.... the Owner of the vehicle. As of Sept. 7, 2023 .... ABSOLUTELY NO ONE had called to acknowledge their findings or resolution. I myself (*********************************) called "GEORGIA AUTO DEALERS LLC " & left 4 voice-mail *************** a text message as well before anyone returned my call. Well the MANAGER , FINALLY called me back & we spoke extensively concerning this matter & how we would like to get this resolved respectfully. I was then advised, the MANAGER would reach out to THE ***** of "GEORGIA AUTO DEALERS LLC " & ask him or herself to contact my Sister back TODAY. As it was nearing the close of the business day... my Sister called, to NO AVAIL. Thereafter, I myself (*********************************) called & left a message to PLEASE RETURN my call. Shortly thereafter, i spoke with 2 *************** BOTH advised me that THE ***** said that it was NOTHING they could nor would do to get this matter resolved, RESPECTFULLY. The lack of ****************************************** from "*********************** LLC " is totally UNACCEPTABLE, UNMERITED & INSENSITIVE. PLEASE allow THIS EXPIRENCE to assist you when CONSIDERING purchasing a vehicle from "GEORGIA AUTO DEALERS LLC". Extremely disappointed, *********************************

I've read all the bad reviews I would have had one also but I believe when you come to a business calm and respectful you will always get positive results. I had problems with my purchased vehicle, and they fixed every single problem no charge when actually some of the things they didn't have to fix. Friendly ****************. I had no problem getting results because I didn't come in angry and disrespectful. I came calm. Sometimes you just need to talk to people how you want to be talked to. Sold As Is RESPECT
