    Had a warranty fix done by this company. Install was shoddy at best. This was confirmed by the manufacture of the equipment (Carrier). Spoke with *************************** who claimed to be the sole owner of this company. Was very rude and interrupted me multiple times before finally hanging up. This company lacks customer service and does sub par work. STEER CLEAR...The clamp placed on the bulb was a hose clamp. This type of clamp is not used by the manufacturer upon initial installation and any HVAC tech with a bit of training would know to use a copper strap or clip.J&S contractor clearly over tightened the s**** and has caused a new leak.

    **** is the WORST!!! Incompetent and unprofessional. My home warranty company made me use these people and they shouldn't even be allowed to do business in the ***********. No follow up, wrong parts, constantly rescheduled. ******** owns the company and is even worse than ****. I told her how bad her reviews were and she said "It's because of b****** like me" She literally started screaming when I asked her to stop talking over me and then hung up the phone. I can't believe this place is still in business.

    this is a home warranty claim the  customer actually placed 2 claims that caused a lot of confusion on her part. She started the call with how incompetent we are however her placing multiple claims confused the process. I was attempting to explain this when she was refusing the charges she has to pay thru the warranty company and wouldn't allow me to explain when I ended the call. I honestly think she needs to think about things prior to writing them. ******** hasn't even ever spoken to this customer so the claim is blatantly false as she's not been in the office in the last 2 weeks.

    I previously filed a complaint against this business for harassment and unprofessionalism. Ive since been informed they have caused irreparable damage to my home. J&S mechanical installed a 5 ton furnace in my home which is less than **** square feet. My home needed a 2.5 ton furnace and the equipment J&S installed will need to be removed. They charged me $985 for their services and when I called and requested a refund, ****, a representative of the company hung up on me and provided no assistance. They were also made aware of this issue from my Home Warranty company.

    I have never spoke to this customer so the lies of me calling her cuss words is blatant. I do show we replaced the customers furnace but only installed what she had in the home, we did not change the tonnage and went back with what her home warranty provided based off what she already had in the home.
