Car was taken by this company I went to claim my items my items have been picked over they gave me what they wanted me to have also one of the workers in there told me what we believe to be property they may be believed to be trashed to them that they do not have to itemize what they took out of your car and that I should sign the paperwork they were very rude they were following me they went through the gate at my job almost caused damage to the car they were coming to get they are very unprofessional what they took was bullets out of my car and the clip that's all registered to my man with my fingerprints on it if they do something with those bulletsvto harm somebody then I could be in trouble for that they told me that they have millions of complaints so their means that's the problem with this company they should have to list everything that they take out of people's car things that I've known to be in particular places was not in the bag that they gave me which this is all totally ridiculous

My vehicle was repossessed by Buford *********************************************** LLC at 12:40 PM on 8/1/24 even though my loan company placed a hold on a repossession order. My vehicle was not processed within 24 hours notifying the loan company that it has been picked up so they did not know why, how or who picked up the vehicle. So I proceeded with filling a stolen vehicle report. After the police located the vehicle with the towing company I spoke with a lady there and advised her that I would need to obtain my belongings on 8/2/24. The morning of 8/2/24 I called and was told my vehicle has still not been processed and that I would need to schedule an appointment to come in. I called my loan company and they were able to start the release process even though it had not been processed so that way it would speed up the recovery of the vehicle for me. I called back to Buford *********************************************** LLC and spoke to the manager ******* who told me It is not any of there concerns nor problem and that I would have to wait until 8/7/24 to come into the office even though they received authorization to release the vehicle at 10 AM 8/2/24 requiring me to pay $25 a day until they are able to release the vehicle plus the $75 towing fee. So I have to pay them $250 to get my vehicle when I should have only had to pay $125 since it was authorized for release by the loan company. The customer service I received was very terrible. They do not know how to speak to customers politely. I got hung up on several times from the manager and the owner because I tried to tell them their website is telling me something completely different from what they are telling me.

I am seeking your assistance to stop this harassment and to protect our rights. Could you please guide me on how to proceed with my complaint?

They picked my vehicle up on Saturday, May 25th. Due to it being a holiday weekend I had to wait until Tuesday to make arrangements with my finance company to get the vehicle. They would not give me the info to where my car was being stored until i paid the balance. Paid the balance on Wednesday and got the information. Call them and they tell me that i need to make an appointment online to get my car back. I go online and there are no appointments for a week. If I knew that I would have to wait this long for an appointment then they should have at least gave me the info so that i can get a sooner appointment. They only have like 8 appointments a day a few days a week. They are 45 minutes from my house. So now I have to wait an additional 7 days to get my car that I have paid for but do not have access to. I have no way to work or to my oncology appointments. I've called them back and they are not willing to do anything. to be more accommodating. My finance company says that there is nothing that they can do either. I have to pay uber/lift fees to get to work and the doctors with money I do not have, all because this company hours are horrible and their unwillingness to work with people in special situations. I have never seen anything so outrageous in all my life. THey are open 8 hours a day, so they are in the office, but won't give me my car unless I make an appointment in a small window during the day a week in advance.
