    I purchased a picture window 12/18/21 I was told it would take 14 weeks, which I was willing to wait. after 15 weeks I was told it would be installed soon. I told the install manager at the time I would need the install after 4pm which he said was fine. The first install date the installers show up at 2pm and leave. The second install date someone got sick. The third install date the crew comes out but cant install the window because it was measured wrong. I speak to the owner **** who assures me they will put a rush on my window. I inform **** that the previous owner of the home had window world windows installed and I need to have them verified to be repaired or replace. Again, **** assures me someone will call me to set appointment to inspect the windows. 5 weeks later all I have gotten is unanswered calls and messages and promises of someone contacting me with no response

    what about the windows with the life time warranty. I have the receipt from the owner I bought the house from

    They have yet to look at the windows in the home that are still under warranty by window world

    I have attempted to contact ********************** by telephone, so that I could introduce myself as the new office manager in Carrollton, Ga. I will continue to attempt communication with him so that we can address all the issues that ********************** has.

    We had a back sliding door installed back on 8-10-2021. And when it came it came with the wrong size screen door. My wife called and called and with no answer, but when we finally did get someone on the line no info about our screen door was given just saying it was back ordered.Then we was told the screen doors are on backorder and they will order another in Jan 2022 and would be in about ********************************************************************************** who knows.Then I was told they reordered the door and it would be in on April 28,2022 once that time came no one would return my calls or texts. So now we are looking at 9 months with paying for a service and not getting the service completed.I would not refer this company to anyone in the future Update:5-2-2022 the production manager "****" who I've been talking to doesn't work for the company anymore so I don't know who is handling my issue/case now.

    The patio door was not on the truck last week a sit has been on back order from the manufacturer. The owners unloaded it themselves and confirmed that it wasnt on the last truck.  We are in touch with the manufacturing company to get a new ship date. I will update you once we have this information.

    March 5, 2021 WindowWorld installed French doors and some windows. I was told their were 2 different installers, 1 for the windows and 1 for the doors. It tools several months for the windows and doors to come in. The window installer installed it all. Once they installed they left , didnt ask us to look it over or anything . Soon afterwards I noticed weatherstripping coming off and the doors did not meet at the bottom. Had paid over $5,000 for all of this work. Had some more windows that needed replacing and the front door. The guy came out and measured and we showed him the french doors that needed some more to be done. He wrote it down and said it would be fixed when the next windows and door was installed which was approximately 3 months down the road. When the front door was installed the French doors was showed to him. He stated he had no work order for that and left. Called WindowWorld ever since with no success anybody coming out till around Dec. he fixed the weatherstripping but could not fix the other problem. He told my husband the doors were installed incorrectly. I have called about every 2 weeks for someone to come out with no success. Went to the business 2 weeks ago and talked to the officer ******* who said she would make contacts and call me. After 2 days I called and she acted no big deal and handed me to the production manger. The installer was supposed to come yesterday . An emergency came up. Changed today to 11:15. Now it is 1:03. No one has appeared. Called the company at 12:00 to see what is going on. **** stated he would contact installer. I have heard nothing!!! I am going back to work. I have spent over $8,000 in their products and am being treated this way!!!

    On 2-22-22 our Door installer called to set up a time to make the repair.  He came out that day and finished the service.
