            My PCHelp software was about to expire. I tried to renew software and they had a lifetime deal for $99. I took it and found out (deceptive advertising) that this was actually billed for $145.80 Not happy, but I could live with it. Contacted ****** to activate my lifetime purchase. They stated that I HAD TO GIVE THEM REMOTE ACCESS to my computer. I said no. They said no choice. I asked for a refund. They said I had to ask billing. I asked them to transfer me. They said no. I asked for the number. They said I had to look it up. I asked for a supervisor & again they said no. I put in for support and they said they'd get back to me. (didn't happen) HORRIBLE customer relations.

            My computer business does not offer software. This isnt my company. This is another company so you need to address it with them. Again my computer business name is ********** we do not sale software we only do PC REPAIRS IN OFFICE AND NOT REMOTE. Get this complaint off of my business page. My business is in ************ and only does work locally.

            On 2/14, I had an issue with my computer. This company agreed to fix my computer, remoted into my computer, and supposedly downloaded $299.85 of software. The software was not provided, website is non-existent, the phone number is out of service and the email address for support is also non-existent.I have no receipts from the company. The only additional information I have is the charge on my credit card.

            I don't do any remote work for residential, only with businesses I support here in ************, this is the second time I have received this nonsense, THESE PEOPLE ARE GETTING SCAMMED BY *******, NOT ******** INDIANS, ******* FROM *****. THIS LADY NEEDS TO CALL HER BANK AND PUT A STOP PAYMENT ON THAT. IT IS NOT MY FAULT THAT SOMEONE IN COLORADO GOT DUPED INTO LETTING A MAN WITH A FOREIGN ACCENTED ENGLISH LOG ONTO THEIR COMPUTER AND FOOL THEM INTO SIGNING UP FOR A YEARLY SERVICE OR ANY SOFTWARE. THIS IS A RECURRING PROBLEM WITH MY CUSTOMERS HERE IN ** IN HOUSE IN MY STORE. I DON'T DO RESIDENTIAL REMOTE, ONLY FOR BUSINESSES, LAWYERS OFFICES, DOCTORS OFFICES, BUSINESSES. PLEASE RESOLVE THIS ISSUE, IT IS GETTING TIRESOME.
