    On 12/10/24 at 9:38 am I believed I was on the State of Nevada DMV site. I somehow got directed to this site, thinking it was DMV and paid for drivers record. This is a scam, I can obtain records from *** and this site is basing their business on records readily available through the state. It should plainly state THIS IS NOT AN OFFICIAL GOVERNMENT BUSINESS at the top of their page so users know they've been redirected. They should not be associated with *** and disguises itself as a legitimate state business. My request is to shut them down, there is no purpose other than to steal from the public.

    We are a regulated provider of driving records and have been offering them online since 1999.  We are not a scam, nor do we pretend to be the *** in any way.   Unfortunately this customer didn't read the agreement they had to agree to prior to purchasing, which clearly states what we are providing.  They could not have purchased without reading   We do not disguise as a state business our site does not look anything like the state site.  We responded to this customer with a courtesy partial refund which they accepted.

    I paid $39.95 for the 10-page *** lifetime Driver record, not only to find out that they could not deliver it but lied in stating that they did. My original order was placed on 02-22-2024 at 9:51 am and canceled due to their inability to deliver the product on 02-22-2024 at 11:11 am. Correspondence is attached. I believe that others have been scammed as well. I just want my refund ASAP.

    We have been in business providing driving records online since 1999 and provide thousands of records from across the ** every month.  We are a regulated business and require that each customer provide consent to obtaining their record for them.  That consent was obtained from this customer(sample attached, personal identifying information removed), and the customer would not have been able to proceed with the order without agreeing and consenting to us providing the record.   We are providing a service that simplifies the process of obtaining driving records.  The document clearly indicates we are not providing a certifed copy of the record however the record is current with what is on file for the customer.   We disclose this for the customers benefit so that they do not pruchase a document which does not meet their purpose.  We also state at the time of purchase(screenshot attached) that there are no changes or cancelations once the order is completed.  The customer would have been aware of who we were and what we were providing, unless they proceeded to check the box agreeing to the document, without reading the agreement.  We delivered the record to the email on the order form within 1 minute of purchase.   The laws the customer is appealing to regarding contracts do not apply for online transactions which is clearly noted on the *** website.   We deliver a digital product which we cannot retrieve if the customer cancels.  The customer would be able to use it, store it and print it as soon as it is delivered.  This is the reason we have the agreement and require consent before the purchase can be completed. The agreement also fullfills our obligation to have the customers consent to retrieve their record.  In addition when this customer contacted us, as a courtesy we offered the customer 50 percent back, which they refused.

    The method used by 4Safedrivers.com is as follows:

    (1) list your name; email address; date of birth; drivers license (the ******** - $39.95 is listed( (2). When you press continue, you provide your credit card information. At no time prior to this do you know the type of report they would be offering. 4Safedrivers.com has now charged your credit card and cannot deliver a requested report. In fact, despite my IMMEDIATE cancellation due to not being able to provide the lifetime driving record, they also failed to provide me with any reports or documents whatsoever.

    Theoretically, paying in advance for a record prior to moving to a location to choose a record is deceit in any event. The fact that mere minutes after seeing their inability to deliver and my cancellation, they had the gall to suggest that I would be legally obligated to pay, 

    Regardless of 4safedriver.com position, my purpose for contacting the better business bureau was to make a public complaint and advise 4safedrivers.com that *** provides many remedies for such an business prectices.

    The customers has mentioned several times that we did not provide a 10 year record.  The document titled "intent to defraud" clearly shows our ad for a 5 year ** driving history.  The last page of the document shows our payment page, where you can see the credit card fields, and below that the agreement that has to be agreed to.  The customer has not paid at this point, and cannot sumbit the order without agreeing.  As stated previously the agreement clearly states that we are not providing a certifed record.   We provided the record to the customer and in communications following the sale the customer never mentioned that they had not recieved the recordt that was sent to the email on the order.

    This website offers to provide "a detailed history of the drivers driving record", so on December 19, I paid this company ***** for my FULL DRIVING HISTORY RECORD (starting ****) since Im not able to request it in-person for 3 dollars in ********, but they only sent my record for the last 3 years, which I bought directly from the official DMV before I contact them and it only cost me 6 dollars. I asked them to please send me the FULL DRIVING HISTORY or return my money, but they said they only had access to the same information I already had, and offered me 50% back. So, basically, they charged me 40 dollars for the same record which only cost 6 dollars.My request order is ******.

    We appreciate that the customer wanted a full record, however that is not what we advertise.  We have no way of providing something other than what the state has on file.  The state is the official keeper of records and what they have on file is the official record for a driver. The customer provided us with an email notification that was recieved from the state that also states that what she is requesting is not available online. Before the customer can purchase they have to agree to an online agreement stating that we are providing them with the record obtained from the state.    They cannot proceed without agreeing to that agrement, we also state that once the order is placed it can't be canceled.   We clearly state our pricing on the payment page and in no way try to trick the customer into purchasing.   The fact that our pricing is different from the state is becasue we are a private business offering the records as an alternative to going through the state.  Had she contacted us before purchasing we would have been able to let her know that the informaiton she was looking for was not available online.   As a courtesy, even though she agreed there would be no cancelations or refunds, we offered 50 pecent back.

    I paid $39.95 to get a copy of my ** driving record from this company. Soon after payment was made, I received an email that 4Safedrivers could not access any of my information and they did not refund the amount paid. What kind of company is this??I am now afraid because they have my wifes debit card number and all of my information.

    The customer made a mistake in the information the license information they supplied to get the record, we immediately sent out an email requesting that they update the information so that we could run the search again.  They called and left a message, which we also responded to asking for updated information.  Once they provided the updated information we supplied the record.  We clearly state on the order form, that incorrect information will result in an unsuccesful search.  They cannot proceed with the order without agreeing that they have read and reviewed the information.  The customer also did not respond to the email when we asked for updated information.  Rather than responding to us the customer decided to post this complaint.  The reason for their trouble getting the order was based on providing incorrect information to us in the order.  Once they provided the correct informtation the record was sent out.  I have attached the email we sent requesting the updated information, the other emails in the chain contain personal infromation we cannot provide in this response

    We have refunded the customer, unfortunately we did not know she had not recieved the record.  We provide customer service emails and a phone service, thiis is the first place we heard there was an issue.

    Ordered MVR online and immediately bounced back as fraud and was informed its a fraudulent company. ****** received the report, but it charged my CC in a random location outside of the businesss stated location. Might be normal for this company, but rare to see with my other transactions.

    This is the same customer that was already resolved in 9914636.  Are these not cross referenced to make sure there are not multiple complaints for the same issue?

    We have offices in both ****** and US.  These are clearly listed on our contact page and so it is not unusual to have a different location for the payment when there are multiple offices, customer did not contact us first.  We are not a fraud and we deliver thousands of records a month.  When a credit card company flags a charge it does not mean its a fraud, they are just flagging it, Customer never checked with us but assumed it was fraud.

    I paid to have immediate access to my MVR. There website advertised that I will get it immediately and it never came until the next day. That cause me to not be able to complete my business at the *** and now I have to miss more hours a work. I ask for a refund and they said that they sent it. They also acknowledged that it was sent late and said sorry. I understand things happen but I paid extra to have it right then and there so I don't miss no more work.

    This customer ordered a driving record through our online system by entering his license information.   We ran the search for the record however recieved a driver not found error back from the state.  Usually this means the there is a mistake in the license informaiton submitted.   We clearly state at the time of purchase that incorrect information will result in a failed search and to check the informaiton carefully.   As a courtesy we offer customers including this one a second opportunity to provide corrected information so we can run the search again.  An email was sent to this customer requesting updated information which the customer rejected with explicatives.   We cannot provide a record if we don't have the correct license information, and as per the agreement online we don't offer full refunds for incorrect information as we are charged for each search even if it is unsuccesful.  We offered ************* the courtesy of a second search, but we can't force him to take advantage of it.

    I ordered my driving record and did not receive it and I reached out to the company by email and didn't receive a reply from them there either. If your going to offer a service you should fulfill your obligation if someone is paying there hard earned money especially in today's world. Just give me my money back.

    I ordered a police record check on myself from IL because I lost my Drivers Licence. Tennessee requires a police record check to show there is no open charges and that the Licence is still valid. I paid $39.95 for the check on 9/15/2022 and still havent received anything. Please send PRC or money back asap!!

    I wish the customer had contacted us instead of filing a complaint here.  The record was sent out to the email that was provided on the order form and since we did not hear anything back, we had no idea he had not recieved it.   I have attacdhed two documents showing the reciept and the email with the record attached.  We did not attach the actual record for privacy.
