    I bought my vehicle here a couple years ago and the sales and finance team were great! ****** worked hard to get me into a vehicle I can afford and ** got me the warranty forever and a maintenance plan! Since then, I bring my vehicle to them for all of my service work! This service department always takes excellent care of me! They offer me a shuttle when I drop my vehicle off, have wifi, free coffee and snacks and always make a stressful time easier by lightening tge mood. I love coming in and joking with them while they do a inspection on my vehicle before they take it back to be serviced. I cant say enough great things about the awesome team at Matthews Kia!

    ******************** of ************ replaced a tire and wheel on my 2020 Kia **** on October 17. 2022 , due to a tire and wheel damage. The mechanic installed the wrong sensor , therefore the tire light sensor stays on all the time, showing that I have a flat tire . The service department was aware the mechanic had installed the incorrect sensor and informed me of the mistake before I left the dealership on October 17 2022. The service Advisor ( *************************) said they would order the correct one and schedule for me to bring it back. She schedule me for Nov 9th, however due to personal reasons, I called and cancelled the appointment and tried to reschedule, It has been an ongoing issue to get the dealership to correct their mistake since October . ? I finally got and appoint today , January 13th 2023 and took my vehicle in.. **** in the service **** told me I would have to pay $350? I told him that I had paid already for the service and they had made the mistake of putting in the wrong sensor and they were responsible for correcting their mistake,..He spoke with his supervisor and called me the second time to tell me that they would pay for the labor but I stlll would have to pay for the part.. I refused to pay for a service that I have already paid for.. ******************** refused to correct their mistake and said that ************************* had not made any notes in my file about anything ?? I have my paperwork, bill etc.. I paid $537.37 for them to do a service that they failed to do ..I am a senior citizen and feel they are trying to take advantage of me. My tire sensor light shows tire low/ flat and I will not know for certain if I have a flat or not unless they correct their mistake .. I live on social security and do not have money to pay for something that I have already paid for *******************************
