    *** was very rude and would not allow me to talk. he continued to cut me off when I was speaking and refused to listen to me or his own customer service rep at the service desk. *** was dismissive and treated me like my business or concerns were not important. When his own service advisor tried to speak to him about my issues and what they recommended I do, he dismissed him as well. He basically cut me off and continued to say several times, I needed to come back Monday ,although *** was being told by his customer service rep, what transpired between himself, me and the manager the previous monday. I left my wallet at the service desk, and when I returned to retrieve it, *** was standing outside ready to hand it to me through my car window, as if to say I was no welcomed back into your building, me a paying, loyal customer. His lack of professionalism and out right rude treatment was out of line. Here is my concern and I also have documentation not only from your car lot but *************************** documentation as well. my email to ownership good morning, I am a customer of yours. It appears my last oil change with you has caused issues . I had a service appointment with you last week because my check engine light had come on. Your service manager informed me at the time of the appointment , (after accepting my appointment over the phone, knowing the issues and vehicle type) that they could not read the codes for my check engine light, as they did not have the needed equipment for Jeeps. They sent me to *********************** Chrysler. After my car sat there for 4 days, I was informed that my last oil change was faulty and the cause of my check engine light coming on. The service provider advised that the filter was not properly placed and was simply hanging from the mount it should have been secured on. I had less than 1 quart of oil remaining, I need reimbursement

    This Dealership including the Owner, Salesmen and ****************** are Commission minded not Service or Client minded. I've worked in customer service for 30 years and never met a more disingenuous group of people. I purchased a Sonata that I was told had been loaned to the owner's mother and while in her lend she got into a rear collision. I should have taken my money elsewhere right then but I trusted that the Owner of the dealership would make sure the car was safe for any buyer. Alas it was not, he fixed the cosmetic but not the radar censor that was damaged that communicates with the cars entire blindspot safety system. I took it back to the service department right away and they simply turned off the sensor. I drove away and the light came right back on. After loosing faith in their service ***** I took my vehicle to *********** Hyundai in **** and they ran every test and diagnostic on my safety system to see if they could isolate the issue. They deduced that it was the rear radar that was damaged from the previous collision and its not a Hyundai issue to repair but a Terry Reid Hyundai issue to repair so they suggested I return to Terry **** and make them accountable. After 2 emails not returned from the owner, 1 call to the saleman, 2 discussions with the floor sales manager, 2 encounters with the service department and nearly 3 days; they replaced my radar sensor. I drove home and upon my drive nearly got sideswiped by another driver on the road. The service department may have replaced my radar sensor but did not allow for the Hyundai Approved amount of cycles to run for the sensor to communicate with any other sensor and now not only did my radar sensor become inoperable but none of my other sensors works. Had the service department driven my car on the road they would have seen the issue and not released an unsafe car to me. My odometer was only 1 point higher from drop off to pick up; nothing short of negligence.

    Terrible Service. I made an appointment for 7/18/2033 at 10:30am for an oil change and a recall on my car. I get to the dealership at 10:15am and get checked in. I was told it would be around 2 hours. I said ok. Proceed to wait in the waiting area. I sat there for and hour and ************************************************************** the same exact spot where I dropped it off. At this point what good is an appointment? I asked for my keys and told them why. No one could say anything. Not am I sorry, were running behind, nothing. Absolutely ridiculous and this has happened to me 3 times. I don't know why I keep coming back. I guess I was thinking maybe last time was a fluke. But no. Don't go and waste your time. The customer service and service departments is an absolute joke.

    Absolutely the worst experience Ive ever had. Walked in with a $9k down payment, walked out with a 2020 Kia ******** just to get a phone call a few weeks later that I had to bring the car back because I wasnt approved for financing like Qwantrell aka ********************* said I was. So then I asked for my down payment back but instead of giving it back they offered me other vehicles and gave me a 2013 Inifiniti JX35 with 123k+ miles on it. Within 30 minutes of pulling off they lot with it, the check engine light came on. First it needed a catalytic converter, then it needed some kind of fuel cleaner, then it needed an O2 sensor. These were all separate repairs that I had to go there for and the check engine light still never went off. They even told me that there was nothing more they could do to help me. I broke down twice and with my 4 children in the car. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE BUYING A CAR FROM THIS PLACE. I had to fight to get my money back, hired a lawyer and everything. Thats when they rescinded my contract with them. Come to find out, theres still 7 other problems with the vehicle. TERRIBLE SALESMAN WHO ONLY LOOKING TO MAKE A DOLLAR INSTEAD OF HELPING A FAMILY FIND A RELIABLE VEHICLE.
