            On Monday ********* ***** ***** ****** company was installing fiber optic cables in our neighborhood. While installing the cables, they hit our main sewer line at our residence causing our toilets and showers to back up. We called *********** plumbing out and they scoped the sewer line to find tracing wire from the fiber optic instillation punctured our sewer line. The plumber told us not to use the sewer as much as possible to avoid further damage and backup, meaning we could no longer shower or use the restroom at our house until this was fixed. We noticed that our clean outs by our front door were disturbed and we assume ***** knew they hit our line, dig out our clean outs to try to cover it up, but did not notify us in any way. We got ahold of Carlos ****** at *****/**** ****. Carlos brought a crew of two men to our house with shovels and were going to dig up the pipe and fix it on the spot. A job that requires permits, shoring and would be a 1-2 day job. We told Carlos and his men that they were not allowed to dig on our property any more. Carlos then put us in touch with Valerie ******* at ARE Telecommunications. Valerie ******* was supposed to approve the quote sent to her from *********** Plumbing, instead she showed up at our house at 5:15 PM on Thursday ********* telling us the quote for the the repair was too high. Instead of working to correct the damage done by her crews, she wanted to argue with us over cost of a quote from an independent party and try to get us to lower the quote and agree to her own contractors first fixing the plumbing and then when we said no, to just doing the concrete work. We asked Valerie multiple times to approve the quote so the permit can be pulled and the repair can be started. She has not done so. We also asked to get a hotel for ourselves and our kids so we can shower and use the restroom, instead of having to is a bucket for a restroom. Valerie has ignored us.
