  my experience was a complete scam. I went in for a braided Boho bob and was blatantly lied to about the type of hair they used. One of the braiders added synthetic hair instead of the curly hair I requested. When I contacted the owner to resolve the issue, hoping it was a simple mix-up, she claimed they don't even sell the curly hair! She was confused as to why I paid so much, thinking the extra amount was a tip. She promised to refund me for the curly hair but never did, and instead started sending me threatening text messages. I disputed the transaction, but I still didn't get my money back. To top it off, nearly three weeks later, I got a phone call yesterday from a gentleman pretending to be ******** police stating that the owner pressed criminal charges against me for money she still has! How does that even make sense? This shop is an absolute nightmare.

  The business owner has been harassing me VIA social media. The owner has landed lots of false accusations. She is constantly calling my phone and pretending to be law enforcement. I have attached a few photos and videos of recent harassment.

  I’m am the owner of Rose African hair braiding, ******** ***** has received services in my hair salon on August 22, she has purchased curly hair to be added to her braids which he has verified the quality herself by touching the hair inside of both packs before choosing 1 of the packs to be used on her hair. Once her braids were done she checked her hair using 2 mirrors, one in the front and another in the back, she approved being satisfied with the service she received before leaving the salon. However the next morning she called me stating the hair that was sold to her was fake, even knowing that the hair is real human hair and that she has verified it before purchasing the hair, I still offered her to come back in person to receive a refund of the price she paid for the hair and to get her hair fixed if there is any part that she wasn’t satisfied with. ******** never showed up to get her money back as planned, instead she disputed the whole payment for her hair services back and reported my account as fraudulent. So I got restricted from ***** permanently which has affected my business negatively since, due to my clients not being able to make payments through ***** like they use to. Ms ******* also stated on ******** that I and the other workers in my shop are ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS. In regards to this I have reported the events to the police department and I have a case number for that matter, the called she pretended is from a gentleman is from the police, not a random person.

  As you can notice, this is an expression of pure xenophobia and racism from Ms ******** towards me and the people that work in my salon, she has also asked me to provide a photo of my green card to proof to her of my legal status in another ******** post
