The owner of the business, AJ, is not a very respectful business owner. He came out previously, did nothing to repair the system, blamed the issue on the customer. I listened to him the first time, since he is supposed to be an expert in this area, but the same issue was back in a few months. Tried to get it fixed again and because I didn't go through **********, he didn't do anything then. It is still doing the same problem along with a new problem. Called ********** and explained everything o them that this was something that wasn't originally fixed, so it should go back under the warranty. The new issue I was willing to see if it was related to the old if not, I was willing to pay for it. He wouldn't listen, continuously interrupted me and wouldn't let me explain the problem. As a business owner, he was very disrespectful. Because of the way he kept cutting me off, we both ended up talking loudly to one another. I will never recommend this company to anyone I know. He needs to learn to be patient and listen to his customers first, before interjecting his thoughts, issues or concerns.Review from Anne F

Al has serviced my appliances for more than 20 years. He was recommended by the plumber in the town I moved from. Al is trustworthy and prices are reasonable. My last call was urgent- leaking water line to the ice-maker. AJ, Al's son, talked me through turning off the water flow and arrived as quickly as he could. These men are excellent in both character and craftsmanship. I highly recommend them!Review from ARLENE A

I was in need of a washer repair service and I found this business on BBB website. He has a A+ rating so I decided to give him a call. I spoke with AJ and described my appliance trouble and he diagnosed it over the phone. I provided the serial number of the appliance and he came the very next day with part in hand. He replaced the part and had my machine working like brand new in less than a hour. He is friendly, courteous and prompt.Review from Jb Fields

AJ arrived on time, was professional, explained the steps he was taking while performing his work, and cleaned up after his work area. My daughter was curious the whole time and he entertained her with funny faces and play in the midst of the repair. Would recommend this company to anyone with appliance issues.Review from Hue S

Awesome service. AJ was great! Great family business. Not the first time they have fixed my washer and dryer.
