    I financed a 20** ***** ** *** from Auto Nation around June 2022.. I added the service warranty for a extra $100 per month just in case anything happens.. I was in a car wreck on March ** 2023 that wasn’t my fault.. The same day of the accident I called Auto Nation to come tow my truck to their shop, the secretary put the head mechanic on the phone and he said that they didn’t fix Lexus up there, I said that’s no true , I made sure before I signed up to pay the $100 extra every month for this very reason. We hung up and I called back requesting to speak to someone else the same guy wouldn’t let me talk to anyone except for him and the secretary. So me not pressing the issue and listening to the insurance people I choose another shop and they messed my truck up and is still messed up.. I have talked to several parties and was encouraged by them that Auto Nation played me. So I went and confronted them and was right but I can’t prove it without your help. Please contact me ASAP.. Please help thanks

    Thank you for sharing your review with us. AutoNation truly appreciates you taking the time to give us your feedback as we are always looking to improve, and your feedback enables us to do so. After further investigation, it seems that the customer was advised that their warranty would not cover accident repairs. The customer needed to speak with their insurance. Accident repairs were then completed by a non-AutoNation body shop. Correctional repairs of their work was then denied by their warranty provider. Thank you.

    Horrible service! Bought a Dodge ********** ******** & had to have it towed back to the dealership the same night. The service department is trash & has been back 3 times & is currently there & it had only been a month since the vehicle was purchased. Requested to speak with the GM Shemar J**** but keep getting the run around & told he's going to call me shortly & that hasn't happened. The worst customer service that I have ever experienced.

    Bought a renegade jeep and was happy until the service people got involved. I was not treated with respect. As a woman I am quite aware of the fact most assume woman know nothing about cars. These people from day one treated me like I knew nothing about my car. I have kept every repair receipt. This jeep has not gone anywhere else for service. Yet the people in the service department mentioned that. We had a road side hadzer service contract. I had tire issues that happen several times. 3 different tires had to be replaced. Each time it was a honest unpredictable incident. I later after 3 months discovered the 2 front tires had been worn down. There was no reason any new tires should do that. Went to show autonation service people this. They stupidly said I had dry rotten tires on my jeep. They have been the only people who had replaced my tires. In 3 months how could new tires do that. Only answer they put old tires on my car. Now my jeep has stopped running. It is sitting. I can not drive it. I do not trust these people. Even though we still should be covered under the chrysler autonation coverage. They jeep is a 2020. We are the 2nd owners of it. Low mileage and we keep it taken care of. I was driving in traffic and it j7st stopped running. It will not start again. I fear we have been reat off.
