    My vehicle was involved in an accident Rogers Classic collision received my vehicle in early November 2024 for repairs to front bumper and finder. An estimate was given to the insurance and paid that same week. I was advised 3 weeks later that my vehicle was almost finished with all repairs and it was in the painting stage. I took the time to drive to their ****** ** location only to realize my vehicle was still in the same condition I left it, then was informed to come back a few weeks later. This brings us to January 2025 the owners Son ****** ****** informed me my vehicle was fully repaired. I arrived to the shop not only was my vehicle not repaired they zip tied my own bumper on my vehicle and did not have a single ordered part in or around their shop in which the insurance company was charged $7,500 for. This was confirmed by the shops ****** ***** along with a hand written letter that I would be refunded back all moneys paid. I immediately took possession of my vehicle (no charge) and noticed that my original battery was not only missing my Amplifier was damaged and my electrical system has been damaged and it did not arrive to them in that condition. They assured me that they would fix what they damaged and nothing else as per me telling them I would get my vehicle fixed for the original car accident elsewhere. Melvins daughter contacted me and said she will fix the battery bay and electrical amp the go to the battery and give me my vehicle back along with a check. After they got my vehicle in their possession again they not only damaged it further, cut the frame and damaged the radiator housing,they totaled my car out. Lied about the damages, calculated fraudulent miles. I then reported It to the insurance fraud department after they tried to charge the insurance and additional 10k for storage fees and other fees. There is now an open investigation on the business

    I first came I was under impression I would be taken care of, the company over charged me a price of $3400 which I was forced to pay cash ( no card or they wouldnt release my car) no paperwork where we agreed on a price of 3400, I was told 1200, I bought my own parts for my car and my insurance was still charged for parts I purchased on my own (front bumper) they also said they had to shave my fender sides but didnt do that, I also had parts falling off and had to take it back to be fixed again (under owner expense) as of today my car is total bad shape and I was charged $3400 for poor work and a lying company who swindled me out of cash money

    I took my car to Rogers Classic Collision have my horn replace, and a belt for my air compressor. on June 5.. until the 28, of June, ****** that waiting period, of them ordering and receiving the correct parts took about (2) weeks. But, I would be able to retrieve my vehicle, and drive it until parts came in without any issues. Finally, on June 18, my car was drop off for repairs , was told by the manager *****, it would be ready, the same day. .But it wasnt , no updates or nothing. So, the next morning I called, around 9:00am, I called, because my car still wasnt readand inquiring, no one would communicate, I ll be told its a problem with my car, I have to speak with the owner, and hes not available, I would be putting on hold for hours, only to be told, ***** the manager was gone for the day. I drove to one location, only to be told , my car is being worked on by another, shop, I did not authorize. I drive to the shop, but was told , that they didnt want to get involved, and while sitting in their lobby, threatening to call the police my car was subsequently move back to original repair shop. They elude me, refusing to give me information about my vehicle. Upon returning back, they were closed. On, Monday, July 1, I called, they didnt even reach out to me, and unfortunately, I was told my car isnt drivable, I needed to have it tow, confirming, that they did something to cause damage. Nothing, I paid for was done, and the refuse to provide me with a copy of what diagnosis the mechanic found or what work they did, even though, I paid for

    The shop has had my car since the first week in April 2023. The company is not updating me or my insurance company on any work being done on my car. I have to call back to back sometimes before they even answer the phone and when they do I never get a clear answer on what/s going on with my car. **************** ***** and staff are very rude. One person said one thing and another person says something completely different, I can never get a clear answer about my car!! They have been lying saying thing are fixed and next thing you know its something else. I am very disappointed in the hold experience at this point I just want my car back. I would never consider using them again and NO ONE else should either. They are completely disorganized!!!!!! I was told that the manager would call me back with updates and it never happens. When I call about my car they act like I'm bothering them. I'm strongly considering taking legal acts again them. I understand car work takes a minute but this is crazy.

    On Feb 22. 2023 I had my car towed to Rogers Classic Collision for repairs due to an auto accident on 2/12/2023. I was informed that the damages could be repaired but need to be assessed more which would be done prior to repairs. Rogers Classic Collision began the work, the following Monday I just happened to stop by and saw the additional damages to underneath the vehicle. It was explained by the owners daughter that it could be repaired and they would do a good job. By looking at the damages and this being a 2021 practically brand new vehicle with less than ****** miles . I repeatedly told her if your body shop cant repair my car back to it original state then let the insurance company know now. She continued to say oh we can its going to look like it did before your accident. But kept insisting that the car be totaled cause I knew they couldnt do it. She said she would call insurance company and see . I didnt hear anything from her over the next couple of day. I called and was informed they had death in family and she was out. Beginning of March I called again still no update because they went ahead and started trying to repair the vehicle which in the process the damages has not been completed repaired and has caused even more damage to my vehicle other than damages from auto accident. I have been up to shop a total of 9 times and each time repairs that was suppose to be completed was never attempted to be completed. Tried to speak with owner he is hiding want communicate. Spoke with ***** and ***** who is suppose to be supervisor and they still cant seem to get issue resolved. Door looked used paint scrubbed off like they purchased them from a salvage yard. Rear fender isnt snapped completely because of the after market part. Water sitting in my trunk from rain cause bad window was removed and wasnt put back in properly, inside back panel come a lose wasnt put back as it originally, back set feels like springs are damaged, missing panel covers, scratc
