This company is scamming people out of money. They are complete scammers with thier refund policy which states you must workout for 14 days and video tape yourself following their bogus workout routine which is completely useless. Signed up with this program years ago. Not only did they make it near impossible to cancel a subscription, as you can't cancel from the website or the app, you have to email them, but years later and they randomly charged my account forty dollars. If that doesn't scream scam I don't know what does. After that charge there was a one dollar foreign fee. Even more of a scam. Sites and programs like this should be shut down. On September 30th I came across the Mad Muscles advertisement.I started the process to obtain the service based on what was advertised.However, after completing all the necessary questions, I was sent to a payment page, where I selected a three month plan.Soon after doing so and proceeding to pay, the offer remind me of a meal plan WHICH did not say it will be charged for.As the processing was completing it self.I notice that I got three receipts, saying I had paid for three services.I quickly checked my bank account and noticed that they added on two other services WHICH did not give an option to accept or decline and charged it to my card.Immediately, I sent an email asking for the service to be canceled and the money refunded.I got an email back some hours later saying that that service was canceled.However, the refund is in review.After countless emails, they are refusing to refund my money.Siting their Money Back Guarantee Policy which is dated 2021 and not 2023.To date, I have not received my money back nor have I used the service, and from what I've seen after my experience, several other customers shared their concerns regarding the same.
