            My complaint revolves around two issues, actually three.1. Cancelled and rescheduled appointment, failing to see me at an appointed time, calling me in for an appointment when service wasn't ready and rescheduled. 2.Lack of communication within the business, (Example) Dentist stated to me that there would no charge for the crown he broke during an extraction. But when I get ready to check out, they tell me I owe them 800+ dollars for a crown. 3. Because of work, done by dentist and lab on my partial, the partial is now painful, doesn't fit and basically not useable.After speaking with a representative on 4-6-2022, it seems clear that they are not willing to replace my partial without cost. Also, I feel that the dentist disregarded my attempts to tell him the partial didn't fit as before and told me it did not change when I know it did,
