            On Aug 15, 2023, I had an appointment to get my hair braided at ******'s Hair Braiding Salon in ********* **. I paid $200 for my service. I contact ****** immediately upon leaving her Salon after I had gotten my hair done. My lyft driver asked me did I see the back of my hair... I indicated no I didn't see the back of my head. When I arrived home my husband asked me the same thing. I asked my husband to take pictures of the back of my head so I can see. Once I saw the pictures I immediately contact ****** at 1:53 pm. about my hair. She indicated she will give me at call back, but never did. She has a signed posted in her Salon saying you have 24hrs to receive a refund for customer that is unsatisfied. After numerous attempts to speak to ******- calling, texting and leaving messages that entire day. On August 16, 2023, she blocked me from calling her number. (Her phone number is for business and personal use). I had no way of contacting her, and I wasn't going to go to her place of business for her to call the police on me for trespassing. ****** was aware that i was going on vacation that friday and that the reason I was getting my hair done. I am very disappointed with ****** especially when she begs for people to give reviews on her business. I had to pay ($150) to another person to do my hair over, so that I could go on vacation. I changed the color of my braids so you can see the difference in the braids. I am requesting a refund of $350.00 from ****** because she refused to honor her refund policy, by blocking me to request repairs or redo. Therefore, it caused me to find another person to braid my hair, and having to pay an additional $150 for service and purchasing braid hair. I am requesting full refund. I am not going to mention about my hair being burned by her using a lighter to burn off the split ends once she braided my hair or the smell of burned hair. I just want my full refund of $350.00.
