I purchased a ***** ** golf cart from Monster Carts in Alpharetta less than 1 year ago. The cart is acting like it has a bad battery (it barely made it home from a <1 mile trip). The speedometer also has never worked. I contacted ***** ** to schedule getting both issues fixed under the warranty (17 months on battery, 3 years on cart), but was told that Monster carts was responsible for the warranty work. When I contacted Monster, they told me that ***** ** was responsible for the warranty work. I have gone back and forth repeatedly, but both keep pointing at the other and neither will take responsibility for fixing the cart. This was a high ticket item for me (I paid over $10,000) and I can't get anyone to fix it. If nothing else, I want to make sure that others do not purchase from either of these companies as they are frauds and do not stand by their commitments.

He filed the complaint before he spoke to me. He didn't buy the cart from me directly. He bought it second hand. The cart isn't even under warranty but I still said I would help him. The manufacturer won't help him either because it's not actually under warranty.

    Regarding complaint case number:  ********.

I have spoken to the owner of Monster Carts, **** ******, and he has agreed to test for bad batteries and replace where needed.  He has been very accommodating since we spoke and I am on the schedule for the week of May 1st for the repairs.  At this point I would like to withdraw my complaint.  I am very satisfied with how Monster Carts has handled the situation since our initial conversation.  What else would you need from me to withdraw the complaint?  Since Monster Carts has been so helpful, I would prefer if they did not have a stain on their record.

Thank you for all your help!  Please let me know what else you need from me.
