I choose to leave 0 stars. From start to finish the work was horrible. The guys that were responsible for the work done on my home were JR. *** ****. I don't know where to start; however they did work on my home a year ago and I'm still angry. First off they were tasked to do my hardwood floors on the main level, to rebuild my basement wall and to paint my entire house. They brought 2 guys in to do the entire job... they use the cheapest materials paint etc. they are more concerned about the money from the insurance companies then the value of your ******** to my floors... the entire floor had to be pulled up after they finished. The guys left gaps in the wood where they cut it too short. The wood was not leveled, nails were visible, marks were left in the wood from the sander. When I spoke to them (****) he always had an excuse. Finally I had to hire a hardwood inspector to come out and do a report. After hiring the inspector and going back through my insurance company they decided to settle and pay me for my floors. On top of that. The office tried to finesse us out of 1500 when it came to our deductible. I'm her now because I'm still angry I feel as though the value of my home depreciated when they left. For a custom home they get everything from **** DEPOT ( or so they say) custom sinks were not replaced with custom sinks. They were replaced with $100 vanities from (of course) HomeDepot.I can go on about how disappointed I am. I WISH i could up lode pictures of the finished work. You could stick paper in the gaps in the floors. The entire job was horrible.

Short and sweet.their work to restore the property was perfect. The urgency to remove material left behind is non existent. The work was done almost 3 weeks ago and no one has given a time frame of pick up. When ever the Head Contractor ************************* was contacted there was always an excuse as to why it couldnt be picked upfrom oh I forgot to my guys are out there and no one has answered the door. Mind you everyone was home!! As of now 7/4/24 no one has picked this huge storage container up. I hope to now hear back from someone with a real timeline of removal.
