Never called back to reschedule an appt that was made. Poor customer service, stay away from them.

They are good people. The earlier plumbing company hired by my home insurance flatly refused to fix my heater, saying it's a maintenance issue and not a qualified malfunction. This was in early ******* and I had kids at home. Mr. ********************** was sent by the insurance company for a 2nd opinion only. Mr. ********************** went the extra mile and not only did they diagnose the issue properly, but they also fixed the issue. It required a lot of time and some research on their part, but they were perseverant.

I am compelled to file this complaint against Mr. ********************** Drain Plumbing **** due to their unacceptable service and the subsequent extensive damage to our property. This distressing episode commenced on June 10, 2021, when we sought their expertise to address a seemingly minor drip in the faucet of our master bathroom. Despite their initial visit and assurances of a resolved issue, we returned from a brief trip to discover a situation that had drastically deteriorated, resulting in severe water damage. This included a significantly moldy drywall and a severely damaged vanity cabinet, which was in ***** contrast to the minor drip initially reported.Efforts to engage Mr. ********************** for a satisfactory resolution proved futile. Their representatives displayed a lack of accountability, refusing to acknowledge the extent of the damage caused under their watch. Furthermore, the company's removal of our old faucets and a brand-new drain stopper without our permission added insult to injury. A subsequent evaluation by a third-party contractor, suggested by Mr. **********************, presented us with a hefty quote of $1,500 for repairs, insinuating that the financial burden of their negligence was ours to bear.The gravity of this situation is underscored by Mr. **********************'s apparent lack of integrity and professionalism, suggesting a predatory practice exploiting the trust of customers, particularly those referred through home warranty services. Our pursuit of a resolution that would not impose further financial strain has been met with indifference, leading us to seek the intervention of the BBB.It is with regret that we note the filing of this complaint was delayed due to pressing personal family matters, which only added to the strain and distress caused by this entire ordeal. We appeal to the BBB for assistance in achieving a just resolution, one that ensures such unethical practices are addressed, preventing recurrence with other unsuspecting customers.

I suspect a employee who was a character took a expensive tool waiting for its owner to pick up.My opinion they don't hire honest employees and i had theft at my home.Always make sure hired employees have had both background check and drug test.
