CONTACTED OFFICE BY EMAIL OR PHONE ON JULY 7 2023 STATING THAT I HAD AQUIRED EIN NUMBER FROM IRS AND IF THE FIRM GETS INVOLVED IN FINANCIAL ASPECTS OF ESTATE. FINALLY HEARD BACK FROM *************** AUGUST 22 2023 AND CONCLUDED **** WAS COMPLETE. TOLD I WOUD RECEIVE INVOICE FOR SERVICES PERFORMED AND REFUND OF UNUSED RETAINER. HAVE CALLED NUMEROUS TIMES AND TOLD NO ONE WAS AVAILABLE/WOULD RECEIVE CALL BACK WITHIN 48 HOURS.             I open a retainer with Mandy ********************** on 10/21/2021 in the amount of $5500.When I called, they never returned calls. When I emailed, it took a week or two to answer back. They did almost no work for me and when they did, it took months.Because they did little to no work for me, I went and got another attorney who is very helpful.Thank you

            Hired the attorney office for assistance with my fathers estate as he had no will. I paid a $6,000 retainer at the beginning of the process. In October I called to end my relationship with them as my brother and I have settled everything without attorneys. I have tried to get a refund on the outstanding amount of my retainer. I have sent emails and they copy the "billing" department, but I never hear back. When I call the receptionist always states there is no one available and they will have to call me back.
