            My dog has been a patient here for about 7 years. I have loved this place but the billing practices have become dishonest and they took advantage of me. My dog has vaccine allergies so during our annual visit in June the veterinarian suggested that we do the shots separately. When i went to pay i was told that i would not be charged for another visit for the next vaccine, i would only be charged for the vaccine. The vet only had availability to give the second vaccine in July. So, I made sure with reception again that I would not be charged for the office visit and only the shot in July. The receptionist assured me that because I was seeing the same doctor, I would only be charged for the shot. Fast forward to July 3 when I took my dog in for this shot. when they checked me out at the front desk, I was charged $60 extra for a visit. I explained to them that I was told twice that I would not be charged and that was the only reason I made the appointment. There was no manager insight and no one that could rectify the situation. So I ended up paying a total of $84 for one shot! if I had known that I was going to be charged in such a way I would never have brought my dog to get this second shot. I was lied to and taken advantage of. I think that this practice should refund my money for the office visit because I was told repeatedly that I would not be charged for it and then when I went to pay was surprised at the last minute with a charge. I would like $60 of my money back because that is the price of the office visit. I will no longer go to this vet. Even though I have been taking my dog here for years.
