    Ive been trying to get a refund they refuse to, their website when sign up has a 14 day guaranteed money, I was not happy as a few assets were missing, They keep giving excuses after excuses Their refund policy is false,They do poor investigating on what the real issue is, Keep telling them I am not happy And I the way I am being treated is very poor..

    I had a short term project I needed visual assets for in Oct 2023. I signed up for a 1-month subscription with Motion Array. They charged me $29.99/month until I discovered the charges and cancelled May 2024. They never sent me receipts or emailed me billing notifications so it took a while for me to become aware of the payments. I never downloaded assets/used their service outside of a very brief time window in Oct 2023. They refunded me for 1 month of May but have refused to refund me for any of the other 5 months I was both not using their service and was unaware I was paying for it. I spent $209.93 for the potential to use a subpar service that uses shady billing practices. Recently they sent me an email claiming Our records show that the months February through May have all been refunded., but this isnt true and I have only received a refund for May 2024.

    Motion Array is refusing to refund me 1 month of paid subscription for their services. Their "Terms of Service" state that if you pay for their subscription AND subsequently download any assets, you are not eligible for a refund. I'd never used Motion Array before committing to paying full price. I wanted to try the paid version, once I tried it I decided the service was subpar to other similar services in the industry. When I reached out to customer service they pointed out their TOS agreement which I completely disagree with.Motion Array marked this "ticket" as solved from their end, but i'm re-opening it here where it matters.I hereby demand a full refund, based on bad business practices.

    I purchased a one year subscription in December 2023. I have been dissatisfied with the available material. I have asked them for a partial refund of my subscription for the remaining time on my subscription. They have NOT been cooperative and their customer service is non existent.

    We thank the user for his feedback.  

    After checking his complaint, it appears that he hasn't met the criteria for a refund due to the fact that assets have been downloaded since he subscribed on March 24, 2024. However, we have decided to issue him a full refund for his bad experience. 

    Kindly please note that Motion Array offers a free plan where users can view the assets on the Marketplace before upgrading to a paid subscription.

    We hope the user has a better experience in the future.

    I signed up, they didnt have what I needed so I tried to cancel but they don't have an easy way, the chatbot is poorly made and doesnt understand basic communication so it cant help with anything I asked help for. The only article showing how to cancel has these multi steps and tiny 6pt font at the bottom of the page to cancel and when you think you canceled they just charge you $10 a month instead of $30 a month. I asked to speak to a human and the bot ignored me from then on out nomatter what I said.I create Chatbots and the person who made this wanted you not to cancel as all the information they give you is how to fake cancel.

    We understand that the user had a bad experience with us. As a gesture of goodwill, we refunded the user the full $29.99 for the subscription.

    They automatically sign you up for recurring payments, and they also do not send an invoice to let you know they have charged you as most trustworthy businesses would do. They continued to bill me for months and months and refuse to give me a refund. I don't even care about the money. It was more of a principle. I have not used their services since that first day. If they had sent me ONE invoice, I would have been ok and just went to cancel it because I was aware. The only emails I got from them are just ads. Please do not support this business.
