Completing my EdS (3 classes to graduate to be exact) & my school, lacked due diligence in support of me receiving federal funding.I enrolled at the institution in this year, used Federal Graduate Plus Loan for funding. The school was aware this was the only funding I should use,as I was maxed out on ******** Loans. The Plus Loans have no aggregate limit of what you can borrow,as long as the loan you receive doesnt exceed the cost of your attendance during the term you are enrolled. After a back and forth with advisor on their program courses. They had nothing on their site saying you had to take courses in specific sequence etc, just a list of courses you would be required to take.In May,during enrollment for summer they had us complete our fafsa for ***** & begin registering for fall courses.I did my due diligence in completing those requirements & followed up with the financial aid office in June about if my plus loan application had been received.I was told via phone by *****,yes &it would be processed soon.Next, email saying my fafsa has been received in June.End of June I get an email from financialaid saying I have no fafsa on file.I email them and follow up.***** replied she see it &they will begin processing it.Then,I receive something saying that I have to complete a form for"accidental overborrowing"& it has to be done to regain title 1 status. They made errors in the form.My once approved financial aid application for my plus loan(credit based)expired, because they took over 2 months to process everything (after I even got the form completed, federal student aid representatives said 2x I did not need). Now I was DENIED my loan for adversecredit(yes stuff changes in 2 months). They have found every excuse as to why none of this is because of them. If I was not required to do what was not required,as well as their lack of communication (I called and followed up on everything never them) I am sure things would have been rectified sooner.

I am an expected graduate of Dec 2022 at this institution, where I started in January and was persistent with my advisor my plans to still take 4 courses, and graduate in a year to meet career goals. With a few set backs, one C in the fist semester I receved a 3.0 average. I was told then, that I can only afford to make one C, because if I make 2 in the graduate program my gpa would plumet" below a 3.0 average. Summer semester I made a 3.5 average. I am now in fall semester, with two accelerated classes, and two full semester classes. I made a B in one of the accelerated classes and a C in the second accelerated class that ended last Friday. (The university has yet to post this C on my transcript) My current overall GPA is a ****. I received an email from my advisor, that I would not only ,not be able to graduate this semester, but I will be expelled from the school/program for a total of 2 years per policy. Wow. (I have exhausted my financial aid at this institution as well, and even taken out a teach ****** and awaiting loan relief from president ***** by november to minimize my debt owed so that I can pay this semester balance). The institution, has not even called me as a courtesy to answer any questions, mind you I am still in two courses and being charged, and being told I will not graduate and expelled. Their policy needs to be reviewed due to the wording and nature/conflicting of information. I am also appealing the grade of a C because as I told them, the instructor seemingly at first was working with me on submission of assignments, but I noticed multiple emails from canvas alerting me of random changes. What she was doing was changing a 10 out of 10 to a 7 out of 10 on an assignment etc, to leverage my grade for a C average. I have all canvas emails or updates as well attached where it doesnt even say re-graded but it will say changes made on your grade assignment, compared to first graded of the assignment. She never graded a 0 on any missing assignment.
