    I purchased an enclosed 5x8 trailer on 26 August 2024 from MAXX Cargo LLC at a cost of $2,490 On 3 Sept. I attempted to register the trailer. I could not get tags because MAXX Cargo has not properly completed tax issue for the the company. The folks at the ********** called and talked with them about the issue.I called MAXX Cargo the week of ************************************************************************************* so for the paperwork to ************* 30 September I went to register the trailer and was unsuccessful for the very same reason.I called MAXX cargo and his excuse to me was he was dealing with his own problems because of the Hurricane and to bring the trailer back and he would give me a refund. I have already altered the trailer with Tie down rails and spare tire. A refund is not an option I want to get it registered but because they failed to properly deal with the ********************** I have to find another way to get this trailer registered.

    I am trying to resolve this issue with the state of Georgia but Hurricane ****** has knocked out our power (today is 8 days of no power) and our internet so I cant contact the state to resolve the issue. The customer called and was very mad and demanding when I tried to tell him Im working on it he demanded I come to his house and pick up the trailer and refund him. I offered a refund if he would return it and he refused. Once again Im trying g my hardest to get this issue resolved but its going to take time

    I am rejecting this response because: This issue was supposed to have been resolved before the hurricane. A conversation between myself and the seller after my first visit to the ******************* and I was assured that the matter was taken care of and to give it a week to allow the process to complete. I waited two weeks and that is why I was so furious after twice having to wait in line only to be turned away empty handed. I do not want a refund, the trailer is a good one, it fits my needs, I have upgraded it with Tie Down Rails and spare tire. I am very sorry for their situation and of the many others that have suffered loss of property and families.  All I am asking is that the seller resolve the issue with the registration  issue so I can put this trailer on the road. I currently have an expired temporary tag and can't do anything with it. Once this issue is finished and I can successfully register the trailer I will be a Happy Camper

    I can issue another temporary tag until the State of Georgia has this issue resolved. The hold up is our state. Everything that I was supposed to do has been done on my end

    I bought a brand new enclosed trailer May 13, 2022 with one year warranty. December 26, 2022 I was driving on the freeway and the driver rear wheel locked and smoke came out and the wheel broke off the lung nuts. Wheel flew 20 feet in the air and ended up on the other side of the freeway. I was lucky I didn’t kill anyone. I called a trailer company to come and help me they sent me a technician to fix my wheel. I called **** ***** *** to reimburse me back for the expenses I paid to fix my wheel on my trailer. The owner sent me like a pin ball back and forth to different companies. The owner of **** ***** tires to silent me telling me he has 35 years of experience selling trailers when I told him I will take legal action untead for him to help me recover the money I spent to fix my trailer. Please BBB take action and help me. I don’t recommend anyone to buy any trailer from this irresponsible dealer. Go straight to somebody who manufact them and sells them directly to you. I want you to be aware if you buy trailer from this dealer they will commit to stay behind the warranty otherwise you’ll run into the same problem like me. I don’t want anyone to get hurt like me. To fix my trailer cost me almost $700.00. Thank you

    I spoke with ** ***** and tried to resolve this issue but he won’t listen to what he needs to do. If this is a warranty issue then it needs to be taken up with the manufacturer of the trailer which is ******** ****** **** ***** is a dealer for ******** cargo and we don’t handle warranty repairs. ******** covers the build of the trailer and the axle manufacturer, which is ******* *****, covers the warranty of the axles. I will still try to help ** ***** resolve this issue but he has told me 3 times already to just wait on his attorney and his attorney will get him a refund. I’m not sure what else I can do as he is being extremely rude each time I try to talk with him. IF this is a warranty issue that is up to ******* **** to determine not ** ***** and definitely not **** *****. I will help him try to resolve this if he is willing.
