I had an issue with the exterior aluminum and tried contacting warranty for about 3 weeks with no luck. I finally decided to talk to someone in the sales department and (Mrs. ******* I believe was her name took my call she was very patient hearing about my issue with the trailer. She took my number down and yes it took her some time to respond to me I was thinking she was going to ignore me like everyone else but no she called me 2 weeks later with an approval for my repair. So, I recommended you call the sales department and speak to Mrs ****** otherwise youre going to be stuck with a messed up trailer and the people from warranties department will never call you back.Review from Brandon T

Purchased a brand new 2023, 36' trailer and it was delivered to me in ****. Had 2 leaks in the roof, front of the trailer diamond plate is bending and collapsing, not to mention the door bulges like it's about to separate. I was told to bring it to the manufacturer in Georgia to be inspected and fixed. Warranty is pretty much worthless out of the state of Georgia, not to mention the trailer seems poor quality. I wouldn't recommend this company and wish I saw the reviews before purchasing.Company said another option would be for me to take the trailer to a local trailer repair shop and send them the estimate and the boss would either pay half or all of the ************ I got the estimate to fix and prevent future problems due to the poorly constructed trailer, it was around $3,000. I sent the estimate and due to my surprise (sarcasm) the response I got was the repair isn't approved and I would need to ***************** to Georgia. Again, costing me thousands to get it there. The warranty they offer is worthless and the quality trailer they build is of such poor quality my repair shop said to build it correct would consist of taking the entire trailer apart and ***************************. Never buy a trailer from this company, you will have buyer's remorse and will spend thousands repairing their mistakes.
