I've used Structural Fix for both my house and my partners, and both times they have been prompt professional, and reasonably priced. **** is always straightforward about repairs needed and never over sells. They were able to save my bathroom remodel schedule by coming out right before Christmas and getting a beam fixed. I recommend them for any foundation or floor issues, especially for older homes that require finesse and experienced crews. Both crews that completed the work were professional and knowledgeable, they were communicative about what they were doing and how long it would take.Review from Denise D

Very knowledgeable and professional. Structural Fix was able to assess my issues with my house and come up with a way to repair it. ***** made it easy to schedule and address any concerns or questions immediately. I would highly recommend Structural Fix. I am pleased with t he work that was done.

The house we bought had serious structural issues that we found post-purchase. We had several companies quote widely ranging prices for pier and framing repairs. **** with Structural Fix was one of the last companies to quote on the repair. We immediately felt comfortable with his expertise, knowledge, and especially the company's transparent pricing structure. **** took the time to explain every step of the process. We were very nervous about lifting our three-story home without causing significant cosmetic damage. **** assured us there would be minimal cracking and that the lift would be slow and managed to ensure no unanticipated damage would occur. **** made sure to be present during the entire lifting process. The pier installation (16 piers) and the lift were a success!*******, the project manager, did an excellent job meeting our expectations and keeping us informed every step of the way. The work was completed well ahead of schedule. ******* managed his crew very effectively and made sure to clean up thoroughly after the job was complete. We highly recommend **** and Structural Fix for anyone needing structural repairs. **** has decades of experience and ensures that each customer fully understands the scope of the job and process detail before the work begins. In our experience, it is rare for a company principal to directly engage with the customer to the degree that **** does. I bought a house, and the seller previously hired Structural Fix to perform some work. I had questions and they sent a manager out to inspect work and answer my questions. Didn't even try to sell me anything new! Very professional, prompt, and helpful. They will be my first choice if I need any services they offer in the future. Highly recommend.Structural Fix Response

Great job! ****, ******* and the rest of the crew were very clear and transparent with the work being done, giving up updates throughout the process. They were able to implement a create solution to our foundation problem with minimal damage and disruption to our house. They completed the job in a timely manner and made sure to clean the area thoroughly when they were done. Would definitely recommend them to any one with structural issues in their home.Structural Fix Response
