Family purchased a new home from this builder. They agreed to make it wheelchair accessible. While they did some things, they kept pushing back on the date to come back and make an opening in the wall so it was wheelchair accessible. My disabled family member with no mobility wasn't able to use the bathroom in their own home for weeks--had to go outside of the home to a facility. Had to hire their own contractor to make the changes. The dishwasher that was installed in the house was broken and cheap. Had to be replaced by them. The joists in the attic were confirmed by a professional to have mold on them (mold was visible and then confirmed by testing). So now remediation is in progress. Overall a cheap build and not accessible--in a supposed 55+ community!!
