    We called ****** for a bathroom leak, which he determined was related to the toilet. He suggested replacing the entire toilet, and we agreed despite the steep $900 cost. Once the old toilet was removed, he claimed the ****** at the base was broken and said it would cost an additional $270 to repair. We agreed to this as well.However, as he worked, I noticed the ****** was never replaced. When I asked, he assured me he would replace it shortly, so I stayed to observe. He never did. Instead, he installed the new toilet without repairing or replacing the ******. When confronted, he blatantly lied to my face, insisting he had replaced it. Despite paying for the repair, it was never done.This behavior matches other reviews Ive seen and seems to be a character issue. I would never have him back in my home and strongly advise caution when dealing with someone this dishonest.

    Excellent service and repair work from Progressive Plumbing.I called 3 other plumbing companies and no one could come out until tomorrow! Progressive Plumbing came out same day and replaced my water heater.The technician was very knowledgeable and professional, highly recommend these guys!

    BEWARE!! $1,200.00 for two (2) hrs work to repair a 3/4" local water line is excessively expensive..

    Just to give a more balanced perspective of the job. The customer called on a Sunday to inform us of the leak on his water main. We offered to come out immediately, (we have an emergency dispatch fee) but he declined, saying it was not leaking that bad. Later that same day he called again, saying it was leaking worse ******** would like us to come immediately, which we did & we secured the leak for the night. At that stage, we informed the customer of the exact repair costs as well as exactly how the repairs will be made. He then approved & asked us to proceed ASAP the next day, which we did. I fail to see where we could have improved our service. We did what we said for the price that we had agreed on. It seems that the only complaint is the fact that we did it in a short time span. I fail to see how it would have been better to leave them without water for longer than necessary. The fact that we are skilled professionals, makes us efficient & I believe that is a win for everyone, especially the consumer.

    $175.00 for 10 minutes work on a Sunday, I won't argue with that, since it was a Sunday callout.$1,200.00 for two hours work on a Monday morning is exorbitantly expense.Total bill was $1,375.00. I expect a vendor to make a profit on my job, but don't expect him to retire as a result of my job. First time shame on him. Second time shame on me. Never again!
