On June 25th 2020. I went to the ****** connection with a friend of mine *************************** to look at the door V at which point after looking at it decided to buy. It? I went. Straight? To the. Bank got? ******** order came back and gave it to a ****** grin ***************************** at which point I was told to give him a couple of days. He'd get the paperwork in order he had just few things. To do with the trailer you call me. Most couple days later *** calls me and says he got a call from him and hes down in the area. Would he like me to pick the trailer up and I told? Him yes well in September of 2022. I moved out of **** which is where I was paying to have my trailer so I could live in it, and I realized I didn't have any, paperwork on it, so I called ****** ************************* jt, and had a conversation with him, at which point he told me he had not never sold me a trailer, that he sold *** te trailer, and I asked him why did I give him $2062.53? At that point he told me, that I had purchased the trailer for ***, and that people come in all the time, and buy trailers for other people, for that amount, and more, all the time. It's a common thing. Well, here we are, and I have no paperwork on the trailer, and its never been in my name. But the worst part of it all is because it was purchased on June 25th of 2020. Well there's a 2 year statute of limitations on a verbal contract, which is all i had, because I never went back to sign the paperwork. therefore, there's nothing the courts can do from that angle, so basically. I'm screwed out of $22062.53 for a trailer thats not even in my name. None of this was known to me until September of 2022 when I moved out of ***'s and realized I had no paperwork. Any help with this matter would be greatly appreciated. At the time of purchase I had other things going on, and it got overlooked but now here I am, and I can't do anything with it? E
