            I went thur Krystal drive thur two months ago. I paid with my debit card, strangely my card number was used again on Monday 01/21/2025 I was not there. We I tried to dispute I was told its was pending for two months. If you use credit or debit card check you bank statement. I think we are being double charged.

            I Visited Krystals on ************** at lunch time only to receive my Food get home and notice My burgers wasnt done. I immediately returned to Krystals to inform them of issues. Only to be played with by the manager like she didnt see the burgers were still pink . I then asked for corporates number she the told me he was the guy sitting at the table. I immediately asked him was he aware that his crew was sending uncooked food out the window he said he wasnt aware and had a very bad attitude just as the manager did . I was asked to leave Krystal and there call 911 on me so I wanted on them to arrive. Sad all that to say make sure you check your food never know whos cooking and doing what . Krystals this isnt the last youll see of me **************** is that you love ??????

            So my brother goes in to Krystal's and they look at him and say I don't think he has enough money to pay for his food. Not only was he ****** but so was I. That was very disrespectful. What gives your employees the right to say this to anybody. Why are they judging your customers? I promise you I make A LOT more than any of your employees. So before they open their mouths they better think of where they work. They're at a restaurant and they're grown **** I could tell them to get a real job one they are over 18. Kids work at restaurants not adults.

            I went through drive through and order the meal deal and a number 1 expecting fries. Get almost out of parking lot to find I got waffle fries instead. I didnt want them I wanted fries. They have signs on the window and on the walls inside advertising fries. So I went back through drive through and ask for fries and they said all they have is waffle fries so I ask why they were still advertising them and some lady said she changed them herself and knew they were no posters up with *****. In other words she was calling me a liar. I took pictures of the signs she said they didnt have and went in to show her and she ask where are they and I told her. I told her I was reporting this to the mdd as in office and she said go ahead as if she knew nothing would come of it. Based on all the negative reviews I see with Krystals Im not surprised.

            I can see why they are in such a financial mess. They over charge and double charge and the manager and corporate seems to avoid dealing with the issue. They are terrible and I will never visit them again.

            Twice this month at ******** location snd Commerce on yesterday. Food not consumable. They should be made to have a number to inform them not email back to those filthy stores. Nobody has money to just give away. Ripping people off to recoup from bankruptcy is not the way. STAY CLEAR OF ANY KRYSTAL I been sick all night after one bite of a burger and a few fries. Trashed the rest.

            I was on my way back from dropping someone off at the ***************** on 5/13/24 @7:15pm and decided on my way home to *********** SC that I was hungry, so we stopped in. There were 2 people working. I ordered 8 Krystal Burgers with **************** After , about 30 minutes of waiting on my food I got it and left. I got 5 minutes away (thank God) before I saw they left of the cheese. So, I turned around and went back in with my receipt and told these 2 guys that I ordered them with **************** So, they remade all 8. So, before I leave for the 2nd time I looked and there was cheese. Get going down the road 5 minutes away had to go back because the 2 and time because they had mustard, I walked in literally raising h*** and said to them that I didn't ask for ******* and asked them if they even knew what they were doing, so they remade them again. So by that time I'm ready to just get home, we get down the road and noticed that they added pickles. We were so ****** off and just wanted to get home. But before I left I told the entire store that I was going to get in touch with corporate and see what they think of their workers **** poor service.

            The morning manager does not like white people. I swiped my money back from the lady ( who was quiet and stepped away ) because I was just told I cant eat there if I dont have a card. And he said dont ****** money from my cashier . In a bitchy attitude and proceeded to accuse me of snatching money and giving racial slurs. He has no kind of customer respect. ****** quote yo mama and shutting the window like a 5 yr old who just disrespected his mother and is now hiding. called back to get a district manager number but they wouldnt do that because they knew it would be his job if I had that number. I wish I could leave a 0 star review

            The price on the drive-through window menu was different than the price I paid for a steamer pack of 24 reg no cheese,Chilli cheese fries, 5 corn pups was $47.64 bull s*** won't happen again
