    Rented a car from loco car rental on Friday 12/13. Return car in condition as outline in agreement. 250 dollar deposit was suppose to be returned within ***** business days. Have yet to receive return and have made three attempts to contact business. First was told due to the holiday and second started they were processing the prior months. Both gave expected dates that have exceeded the dates told. Left a message as a third attempt to collect deposit.

    I paid a $250 deposit on a rental September 11th. I returned the car on September 17th and was told I would receive the deposit back in ***** days. It has now been 16 business days and I am receiving the runaround on my deposit return. There was no reason to hold the deposit, and the car was returned with no issues. In addition, the car I received reeked of pot, and I am allergic to smoke. They never sent me proper paperwork or receipts upon renewing the car for three additional days or upon return of the car. Bad customer service practices.

    I rented a car from Loco Car rental on July 9, 2024 for 1 week and returned it on July 16th as agreed. I paid a total of $1155.68. $905.68+$250 deposit for a total $1155.68. I returned the car, full tank of gas, clean, in the shape I received it. They told me my deposit would be returned 7-10 business days. I have yet to receive my deposit. They keep pushing back the days saying it is being processed. They are giving me the run around. All I want is my $250 deposit back. I would like for them to honor their end of the agreement. As I did some searching, so many people are complaining about this company keeping their deposits and not returning them. I do not wish to be one of those consumers who has their money stolen from them.
