May 27, 2023 The man who came to our house works at Gonzalez Remodeling and Lawncare Services. He is Black man with a southern accent using the identity of a Latino man named **** Gonzalez. He wrote a false inspection report that is being used by real estate agents. The plumber who read his report was able to determine he was a fraud. He damaged our outside plumbing fixture and hose. He is an investor as well as working with a potential buyer and real estate agents.

I was hired to do the home Inspection by the potential buyer, who was present while I was doing the home inspection, which is normal for a buyer to do. As the pictures and the home Inspection will show I never touch the outdoor spicket or hose. I only took pictures of it dripping and also advised the homeowner everything that was wrong with the inside and outside of their dwelling. I also gave the homeowner my card and advised them that I my company fix those items. Im very flabbergasted by the comments and the false accusations that the homeowner wrote on behave of MY company . Also the racial stereotypes, **** Gonzalez is my name . As you will listen to the voice recording that the homeowner left on my business voicemail that she wanted me to come back and fix the items that was on the inspection report.  Later that night I called back to discussed what they wanted to fix then the husband got on the phone and was very rude and irritated with me and like always the calls was monitored and recorded I told the home owners that I will not give them my services. Theyve called me several times since I decline to help them fix there home so my client can but it. I dont tolerate disrespect when Im the one that was willing to help. Ive been in business 30 years with no complaints . *** also got my lawyer involve Because if the deformation of my business. And racist comments of my name and appearance. Ive done nothing wrong and I will not replace something Ive never touch. All the proof is in the recordings and photos. If I was a scam why did they call me not onces but several times after I decline to fix the items to still want me to come and help by fixing those items . Please be advised theyre not my client, but since my client who hired me to do the home inspection wanted the house I was going to help them by coming back and fixing the laundry list of items that was on the list.

I also can provide you with the President of ***************************** and the homeowner information and the buyer realtor Information, that can verify that theyve been having issues with this same homeowner trying to get out of the contract and also blame the realtor of things .

but at this point Im having my lawyer get involve this can/ couldve affected my business if I didnt have the proof that i have and sent you .

    Complaint: 20042305

I am rejecting this response because the statements are false.  A Black man who is using the name of a Latino man is the only one who touched that exterior plumbing fixture that was attached to the hose on but him on April 27, 2023.  He damaged our property.  He is fully responsible for all repair work.

    Sincerely,

Once again , no one touch the outside spicket I have a witness from the potential buyer she was present . Also the homeowner have ring door bells ask them to pull footage . The homeowner have a laundry list of items that needs to be fix to sell there home and I guess whats to blame someone so they can get the items done . I will not tolerated the homeowner stereotype me in the comments at this point my lawyer advised me to not responde any longer we have prof and Ill be filing a a deformation case against the homeowner . If there was such damage done why did the homeowner not only called once but several times to ask for me to fix the items and she left a voicemail message that Ill attach to this complaint. The person that came to the homeowner house race doesnt have anything to do with the job that was performed . A Inspector doesnt touch items only inside stove , windows, water faucets inside etc. never touch outside spicket. Also the homeowner and her son was looking out the window as I was using my drone to take pictures of the roof and seen when I took pictures only if the spicket . Her and her son came outside to ask me about my drone. At that point if there was any damage done she wouldve addressed it then and said something while I was out side taking pictures only.

    Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:
This response is in regards to complaint #********. I reject the person's recent statements, but I do not feel comfortable nor safe responding to this business. The person has threatened to contact his lawyer and revealing private information he should not have had access to. I will not be sending any more responses through BBB. The conclusion was made by me that he caused the damage because he was the last one near the hose and exterior fixture on April 27, 2023. He turned all the plumbing faucets up high in the bathrooms inside our home on that day. When my husband arrived and saw the hose burst and water shooting out the exterior faucet, I assumed the contractor just forgot to shut it off which resulted in the hose being damaged. The next day, April 28, the plumber report showed that there was no leak from the exterior faucet but that the water sprays out. I'm not a contractor, but I concluded that was the result of the inspector not shutting off the faucet. He now claims he never touched it. Why did he turn on full blast the plumbing in the interior of the home but now claims he never touched the outside plumbing but only took pictures of a leak. The plumber report shows there was no faucet leak from the exterior fixture. That is my final response.
    Sincerely,
