We highly recommend Olde Towne Chimney Sweep to anyone who is looking for chimney cleaning, repair, and restoration services to their home. During a really bad storm, our chimney was struck by a tree and had taken damage. The fireplace was no longer safe for use, and we needed to have our entire fireplace system replaced. Mr. Sidney and his wonderful team Will, Larry, and Martin went out of their way to go above and beyond our expectations. They are not only friendly but also highly skilled. They are reliable, honest, and operated with integrity. They always took the time to answer any questions and concerns we had during the entire process. They performed a high-quality refurbishment and retrofitting of our chimney and fireplace. Upgrading it with modern technology while definitely maintaining its vintage beauty. Their statement is 100% correct. They absolutely take pride in being the area's most trusted chimney cleaning service. With a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship and fantastic service from start to finish. this is the best company to work with. I had a wood burning stove installed (incorrectly) and it was not operating correctly. I did have to wait a bit for them to come out, but well worth it. Professional, explained the process, cleaned up, and the stove has never worked this great! I feel very lucky to have found them. check if your chimney sweep is actually trained and certified....these folks are!
