They are truly SOME SCAMMERS!!it's obvious y'all got the *** LOAN and opened up this business because y'all are incapable of sustaining the business, giving CONSISTENT service and properly billing customers. I paid my last invoice up until July 18th yet they keep sending me a new invoice for service starting in June. Not to mention I had 4 weeks in May- June of no trash pickup that somehow I'm supposed to just overlook and pay a new invoice that's about $20 more. How is that possible? Now they have the audacity to tell me that my trash pickup Services have been suspended until I pay. You can kill your whole selves and this company because it's only a matter of time before you are out of business due to unethical and terrible business practices So you can stop making being a "minority-owned business" your selling point, you give black owned businesses and women a BAD NAME!!Review from LaTonya H

WDS is by far the worst to do business with for trash service. I have repeatedly reached out to them to have my trash can picked and a refund for non service. For five weeks my trash was not picked because their truck was broken down and they needed to order parts. Only to be told the next week that parts they received was the incorrect parts. From that point on, it was down hill from there. Excuses after excuses! After weeks of no show I decided to go with another company. I have reached out to them multiple times regarding a refund. I was told that the trash can needed to be cleaned before they would pick it up. It has been cleaned for three weeks and No one has picked it up. Week after week I have reached out to them to pick up the unit only to be told I am one the list to be pick this week. We will see how that goes! Please want ever you do, I repeat do not waste your time with this company! You will regret it!!Review from Keisha B

This company *****. It's exactly what they claim to Collect, Trash. I've had their service for all of two months and they have not picked up three weeks. I've called to no answer. I've emailed and they have yet to Collect my garbage. I ask for a refund and they refused to do that. Do not even think of this company. They are not reliable.Review from A. Brown

As of February 25, 2023, Ive called WDS three times and emailed them concerning my trash not being picked up this week from my garbage can. There has been no response from WDS concerning this matter. Warning to everyone Dont Dont enter a contract with this company for trash pickup. Terrible service.
