    DO NOT HAVE YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE If I could give them less than a 1 star review, I would! Not only did they perform services that my car did not need, I picked my car up and its in worse condition than it was when I initially left it there. I would highly recommend you to find another dealership to take your car in for services. I told them what the issue was with my car, my radiator fan wasnt working. They told me they ran tests on my car and it was working fine but I needed a drive belt and some kinda tank. $761.41 cents later I was forced to bring my car back because it still over heated. They took a closer look at my radiator fan and noticed that the wires connected to the fan had melted. They wanted to charge me another $800 to fix it. After I contacted the supervisor and told him that I didnt feel as if it was fair he said he would give me a discount $417 he quoted me. I decided to go and pick my car up. It wouldnt start, had to get it jumped off to leave the dealership. I noticed my CD charger was making a banging sound, when I got home I noticed the radio kept making that banging sound after I turned the car off. Now Im stuck at home, dead car, that over heats when Im idling.

    Have purchased cars from this dealership for over 30 years. I will never give them another *****.This dealership has NO respect for their customers

    My name is ******************* if I could give the **** dealership a zero I would I been waiting on a engine for my 2014 f-150 since 9/14/2022 I will never buy a **** again and will never Recommend anybody too. *********************** Needs to be contacting these consumers and letting us know something everyone needs to write him I'm calling you to. **************** you need to do something do better

    We took our 2018 f-150 in for transmission slipping problems 5/24/22. They kept it for 10 days. They charged us ******** and said it was fixed. The transmission slipped driving it home. Took it back in on 6/6/22. They kept for 4 more days and reset KAM. It still slipped. Took it in again 6/21/22. They had for 3 more days and did nothing. We were in the process of moving during this whole time. We took it into the **** dealer in ******* and within 2 hours they called and told us we needed a new transmission. We called fayetteville Ford and talked the the General manager and he gave us a flippant answer of "well now you know what's wrong". Seriously?!

    As I write this review, my 2019 **** Fusion Hybrid has been at Fayetteville Ford for 7 weeks and NO ONE IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS RETURING ANY OF MY CALLS OR EMAIL TO THE SERVICE MANAGER. On June 6, I had my vehicle towed to Fayetteville Ford with what seemed to be an electrical issue. An adviser by the name of *************************** stated that the diagnosis would be 3-5 days. He called back the following week stating that the wiring in the vehicle was badly damaged and the cost of the repair would be in excess of $600. I explained to him that any electrical issues with my vehicle is under warranty. I also explained to him that my vehicle HAD NO ELECTRICAL ISSUES UNTIL TWO WEEKS AFTER THEY REPLACED MY TRANSMISSION WHICH WAS ALSO UNDER WARRANTY. He saw my information in the system and stated that he would have to look into it. I HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING FROM FAYETTEVILLE FORD SINCE THEN. NO REPRESENTATIVE HAS EVEN BOTHERED REACHING OUT TO ME. Whenever I call, I get the same receptionist who although is a very nice lady she seems to not be aware that the Service Team is REFUSING to communicate back to me. THIS INCLUDES ***************************, AN EMPLOYEE NAMED ********* AND THE SERVICE MANAGER *************************. Since my car has been in the possession of Fayetteville Ford, I have lost income in access of $2,000 and at this point I STRONGLY BELIEVE THAT FAYETTEVILLE FORD HAS EITHER STOLEN MY VEHICLE OR HAS DONE SOMETHING ELSE WITH IT ILLEGALLY. I WILL NOT CONNECT THE SERVICE "TEAM" ANYMORE AS I KNOW THAT THEY WILL NOT COMMUNICATE BACK. ABSOLUTELY CONSIDERING LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THIS TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS. THIS HAS BEEN AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE THAT WILL HAVE TO BE RESOLVED LEGALLY. FAYETTEVILLE FORD SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS A DISGRACE.
